Jin is already back in Seoul.... I love that Hobi still has his model poses and model faces. He didn't forget how to look drop dead gorgeous while in the military. And he was having so much fun. He and Jin give me hope that 18 months in the military will not diminish the other members joy. Namjoon seems to be the only one visibly counting the days until he gets out, but they probably all are. Jin has said that they all talk about life post-military and potential plans but neither he or Hobi have said recently how the other guys are doing. I'd love to hear one or both of them give us an update on the other five,

Kudos to Hobi's stamina. He just got home! I hope he got a lot of sleep on the flight.

I'll put multiple versions of a song on a playlist but not buy them, even though they aren't very expensive. I know this has been a marketing thing fromm Hybe/BigHit for years but iit just seems greedy to me. And resolution on the whiny nj effort to get the legislature to intervene for them -

I dont understand the "filtered" streams thing anyway, but do try to give all the members my listening support with new releases, even though I do prefer the music of a few of them more than others, for extended listening. I thought Running Wild did hit the top streamers on the first day or two and certainll thought it could stay up there in the US, especially because it's in English. Jin sounds so amazing live on Lee Mujin's Service (and that young man, who I had never heard of before, has a stunning voice, too). And good riddance to mhj. Jimin's way of showing his support is so Jimin. And the timing thing - my brain just not functioning. Like II know how to calculate what time it is there by adding 12 plus four hours. So now, at 8:30 now I know it's tomorrow there, 12:30 tomorrow afternoon. I was somehow thinking 18 hours. Still brain dead from the wedding.

Of course - because I didn't already update my playlist after the album dropped - I need to remember that they always release a number of remixes days later. I wish there was an easy way to edit playlists. Even with YouTube, there are now 3 official Running Wild MVs -- Ed Sheeran? That would be a great collab, but I wonder what more Jin will be working on after this album promotion. Maybe a single but he won't want to overlap with Hobi and they will all be back in 7 months (?). Tae's Christmas cover comes out in a few weeks, Other members have given us new material as recently as 3 months ago and no reason to think there couldn't be a Tae or Yoongi mini-album (probably not Yoongi,,,,). I think Jin will start shooting more episodes of RunJin and possibly have an OST in tthe pipeline.

I really expected that he'd be performing remote. At least he'll have a couple of days to adjust to the time change. And one article said he was leaving for his "overseas schedule" so maybe there is some other appearace(s) planned. And,,I hope, he goes to LA to see Hobi. Would he come halfway around the world for a single appearance? Amazing increase of TikTok followers for OT7 in just a couple of days.

So it would have been 1am here - it still doesn't compute as they are 16 hours ahead of us and 5pm should have been 11pm here (and 1am for you). I did see that Hobi is enjoying himself and I get why he needed to be out of Korea to truly believe his military service is over. In a way, it feels like the entire experience was more traumatic for him than he let on. Always being monitored and always "on call" and having his freedom and career cut off.

I don''t know why, at 12:30am when I checked Weverse, the message said it would start at 1am. That shouldn't have been the case - kind of makes me mad - and there was no notification. What time was it available in, say, Ottawa? (and it makes me a little sad that Hobi is still in LA and didn;t go-) I've seen some of the songs and love this (another level)- his voice is so full. And I still feel the video game was metaphor; he plays so much, I can understand why he'd see a lot of things in terms of gaming.

II don't know how you'd think this is about gaming. Yes, he does have a love affair with video games but... let's just go with hauntingly beautiful. II read that Weverse will show replays of the live (and, wow, was I disappointed it said "live has ended"). I guess tomorrows show will start at 11 pm tonight my time. That's 5pm in Seoul. It's interesting that with this sort of fan event, one of the shows (the Sunday one) starts two hours earlier. I wonder if that's because they want any students be able to get home and get sleep before a school day. Don't know if I'll start it that late. I'll see if I'm still awake. And see if Weverse sends a notification. Jin's voice has matured and he actually has more range. Love the whole album.

I would think he'd be doing music shows because it doesn't look like he'll tour in any way. I don't know if his appearance on Jimmy Fallon will be live or not - probably not. I thought if he went to the states, he might see Hobi in LA, but Fallon is shot in NYC. if he did go to LA, I'd love to see him do a Live with Hobi, but just a pipedream.

I SO understand not moving or taking long holidays with pets because - the pets. I HAVE to love someplace suitable for my two dogs. It's a critical controlling factor. And when I'd like to pick up and move to Jeju, it really is only the dogs that hold me back. i think they'd like it there, but getting there impossible. Ditto with taking them to Scotland or Nova Scotia. The Grammys - I truly believe that American artists are simply intimidated by BTS, and the individual members. Our guys have such a work ethic and try to perfect everything they present (JK, Jimin and Hobi especially). All 7 will put in whatever time is required, any effort necessary to be the best they can be. So many American artists are just lazy and go for the easy stuff. They have to know that as a group and as individual artists, BTS are a league above. (but glad Jimin won!)

Well, this makes me feel a little better. I believe that a tour would have been unrealistic. But, because they promised, they'll create something as OT7 - and maybe they'll do a In the Soop or something that allows them to be together, hopeful with the first many days without cameras. And some Lives. Great to see Hobi posts. I wonder how long he'll be in LA - bet he's getting some shopping done. Maybe he'll do a Live while he's there. And Jin has been pretty quiet. I expect a Live from him, maybe when the album drops. Breathiing. Leaving in a couple of hours. Not ready.
