Sometimes, the soundcheck crowd looks so huge. But the "back stage" pass almost guarantees a close encounter. I wonder if the person who got the hug had a spot near the barricade or if seats were assigned. I think the floor for these concerts were standing only so it might be just showing up 12 hours in advance to get the best chance of being in the front. Somehow doubting that anything like this will be available when OT7 perform, but that backstage access/post concert may be worth it. We'll see. Happy to hear Mickey is still well, but not surprised that he is getting older. I was actually surprised he lasted through Hobi's service. I wonder if he'll tack on two more shows in Seoul....

It is only because of Jin. Only. I sure wouldn't be watching this if not for him. He is so patient and willing to be helpful and cheerful. I haven't looked into whether Kian has other shows, but I sure wouldn't watch this for him (the one female of the trip of "managers" is cool, though.)

It really is amazing how varied and different the catalog of BTS songs is. Something for everyone. If someone had only heard Cypher, for example, they may not thing BTS is for them, but then hear Boy in Luv or Dynamite or.... Jimin "Who" music video is over 100M views. I'm so pleased for him that this milestone occurred before he gets home. Oh- watch Kian's Bizarre B+B. Indeed, very bizarre. Not too far in but have to say that the #1 personality characteristic of Jin that is super obvious in this one is his ability to be adaptable and helpful and accepting, even when it's clear towards the beginning that he thinks the whole thing is absurd.

I'll think - But if Hobi wants to know what it is I want, I would be happy to tell him.

Wow. News of Jimin's record setting run ($) and BTS staying at the top three years into the hiatus, and this. Some people are gifted and lucky enough to be right where they belong. Hobi was born for this. Can we even imagine him having any other kind of life?

I don't have any idea - maybe a video game? I am imagining $$$ will be required. Also - I am not a gamer. But that's just a guess. The march went well. 5000 people in Tucson showed up. It was huge across the country and also, I read, happened in somme other countries. Whether it makes any difference at all remains to be seen. Hoping that Republican people in Congress are getting more and more aware and uncomfortable with how unpopular all of these changes are and that they are not going to be ablle to retain their positions unless they start representing the actual constituents. Chris has done some editing for Marvel. Jin would not work for them - their finished product is a joke. Also, he wouldn't have the time. His Netflix show is available, at least here, on Tuesday. And I just remembered somehting about him releasing something new, so there goes my thought that I could fix my streaming lists and rest for a few months...

After which I can set and re-set my playlists and streaming lists and not have to mess with them for months.... I am off to join millions of Americans to rally this morning! Doing what II can to save democracy. I hope I don't get shot.

I suspect Jin won't be releasing an album but a single, Or two. We know Hobi has a show, Lollapalooza, in July, but as the CEO says, they will be coordinating with each other to make plans and discuss the direction. Think how fast, really, Jin and Hobi were performing after discharge. The other 5 are going to be looking forward to ARMY and performing again. And, duh, of course the profits were down...

I seriously believe that all the members have donated - and speaking of Tae, I don't remember having watching this before. (and watched half of the In my Fridge episode, at least through the exploration of his 'fridge and not surprised that iit would be very tidy. I'm not wild about the show and it seems it was another chef show that was his favorite. But I'll watch the rest anyway -)

The only reason I go to X (twitter) is to get BTS posts - two from this morning. I got a notification of the RM "Live" that couldn't possibly have actually been live but was asleep so missed it and it doesn't seem to available to replay. Kind of annoying.

I don't know if we'll hear about all 7 of them donating to this cause, but I'd put money on them all donating an equal amount. (and this pic of RM is insane!) The fires are so sad. They really do not have a lot of big forest fires in Korea and so much has been lost.

I am not at all surprised that the TXT concert was fantastic. When I saw them, I was blown away with how complete and confident they are. I agree that they do not need back up ndancers - but wonder, still, whose choice that is. They, when I saw them, were 100% perfect - and the show was a good length. Beomgyu shows in his new song/mv something I think all five felt. When Soobin left for his "rest", I bet they were afraid he would't be back and also started feeling the weight of the years of efforts. I am so glad you got to see them and hope your ears are okay(decibel reducing ear plugs a must!)

Ador had announced up front that they were going to go to HongKong to support nj, as I believe this was the last official item on their schedule (which is why they are now saytng they are on hiatus). So Ador covered their costs for this and got slapped in the face. Anything from now on will require other financing, but I hope the courts put them in their place before then. Even their profits for their basically counterfeit merch should be handed over to Ador.

I don't think we really know if they are just idiots, poorly advised or have really bad lawyers. Ador and HYBE bent over backwards to continue to support these ungrateful girls and have kept up their half of the contract. nj has not and have gone beyond idiocy by not at least following court instructions for in the interim. It definitely seems that they are pushing for the court fight and are stupidly unaware that this will cost them their careers and lots of $$$$. There is so much more than just them and their selfish interests in this. The whole trainee/debut/contract system has been set up and successful for decades. You can't walk away from your contract. No one can. The big entertainment companies would do well to have psychological assessments done as part of any audition process henceforth. And Hobi was likely given injected antibiotics and some vitamin concoction (like B-12, etc.) as well as IV fluids. At least he isn't performing for more than a day.....
