I see I missed Tae's and Jimin's lives 😮‍💨

My understanding is that Namjoon's thing is live, but JK's narration is recorded

Jin's voice is really something special - but also, BigHit trains their vocalists to sing well. I remember watching a Bangtan Bomb video of Hobi & Joon being taught about film cameras, and in the background you could hear a group of guys doing voice practice - they were singing scales. And Jimin in particular mentioned several times in their early days about wanting to take voice lessons, but not being able to. And the fact that Joon & Yoongi sing as well as they do, when they originally only rapped, probably has a lit to do with how hard they worked at it using proper vocal technique. It's just as Yuzu said, technical mastery is necessary to enable excellence in artistic expression

There's more photos for the campaign, and one of them is a red suit.

also, someone on ARMY Twitter has pointed out that when Jin gets back next June, he's likely going to have sole custody of the fandom until Hobi gets out in October. Chaos will no doubt ensue.

I just mean that the size difference becomes very apparent when you look at the suit jackets. It probably doesn't help that they put his next to JK's. He's still trying his best for us 💜

Namjoon just shared his niece's happy anniversary BTS message on his insta stories. So cute! https://instagram.com/stories/rkive/3124163136059536058?utm_source=ig_story_item_share&igshid=MTc4MmM1YmI2Ng== Link might not work but I tried

Has this been posted? As part of the Festa celebrations, there's a place in Seoul exhibiting their Dynamite Grammys suits free of charge. What stands out is how big they all are across the chest and shoulders. And then there's Jimin. 😅 I'd love to see those suits IRL!

I think the bookcase was actually their 3rd dorm. Seems they moved a few times

There were Yuzu playing cards!?

Thanks for the heads-up!

That's in... less than 4 hours from now. Who knows, I might even be home from work by then

ARMY made a song for BTS and it's really good!

From the fancams I saw posted, he really had a lot of fun at the Bangkok shows though. I hope his cough clears up soon. Can't be good, to keep on singing through all that.

Weverse does such a bad job with Namjoon's posts. I think he's like Yuzu, he's using language at a more complex level than most translation software is designed to handle

The only live I managed to catch while it was on, was the tail end of Yoongi's. JK went live while I was busy at work, and Weverse never bothered to send me a notification for Tae's live at all. Twitter is alive with lovestruck ARMYs who watched JK's live though. I gather he put ARMY on to lull him to sleep apparently and now the entire fandom is delulu and feeling very girlfriended... 🤣

How could they possibly own it? That's Yuzu's exclusive content and none of it was used in GIFT, as far as I know. What kind of a deal did Yuzu sign with them? Wtf!

The Spotify, Apple Music, and iTunes numbers I see reported on Twitter are all really incredibly good. I think the YT numbers are low because it's only an audio track with cover art, not an MV

To be fair, I've only noticed this with one particular fanbase. They seem to think that they're making an important point if they show up en masse with their banners right before their guy skates and leave right after. Like as if they believe that just politely sitting and watching the other skaters is a betrayal of their fave. Drives. Me. Crazy. Anyway, if there are going to be other fanbases taking up the slack in ticket-buying, I really hope Kaori gets a nice big one. She deserves it.

IMO it hasn't. What I've witnessed when at competitions where those fans show up, is that they only come to the event their fave is skating in, and time their arrival to right before he skates, and leave shortly thereafter. But fanyus often stay for the whole competition

The schadenfreude is overwhelming. My glee at their predicament aside, it seems pretty clear that they won't be getting the Russian market back for a long time, so they should be putting their efforts into attracting new viewership in heretofore untouched markets

Annoyingly, Geffen/UMG won't let me buy the digital download from them b/c I'm not in the US. Anyway, the song is wonderful and it makes me feel like the love interest in a romantic comedy, the girl whose suitor has just made it official by singing a song he wrote for her in front of everybody to show how much he loves her... And that probably is what BTS think this song is, anyway, so 🥰

How cute is it that Joon calls the non-ARMY general public, 'Muggles'?
