Being tough is a consequence of learning that you can rise to challenges and meet them, even in arduous circumstances. It's got nothing to do with the military per se. it's about finding out that you can handle even the things you thought you couldn't. What you describe is about having PTSD from seeing horrors no one ever should. Whole different thing

Tae's actually starting to look tough. That's so alien to my impression of him up til now that I'm kind of amazed, but honestly, I shouldn't be; I've seen this kind of transformation happen to people I went tree planting with, too.

He puts the 'figure' back in figure skating in the most elegant way possible. As a former student of a coach who was rather famous for having weak scores in figures, this is ironically reflective of how much work Yuzu has devoted to mastering all the skills. It makes me smile to see.

Christmas update - both my brother and my sister gave me BTS things. I'd say my status as ARMY is now officially recognized by my family... makes me giggle tbh.

I want to spend some time hyping TXT while BTS is enlisted. I think they're equally as good, in their own way, as the Tannies and I'd love to see them rise, too.

Depends when this was filmed, but he was in NY for nearly a week back in April when Yoongi started his D-Day tour, so it could have been done then.

There's something about Jimin's songs that I absolutely love. He's got a colour all his own that really resonates with me. He's like this hidden powerhouse for BTS - you don't realize his influence on their songs until you hear his solo stuff. Then suddenly it pops out at you.
