It did that to me at one point. I think I had tried to re-enter the queue too many times (because the site was crashing and kept bopping me out) $589.40 USD = ~ $810 CAD £446 GBP = $827 CAD Apparently the VIP price in Amsterdam was €485 , that's $763.79 CAD So the UK has the priciest tickets and Amsterdam the cheapest. Interesting. Ok so the price difference isn't as big as I thought, but still-! I wish I had a comparison point for an actual concert held here. My gut tells me they wouldn't put VIP over $650 CAD, but i'd love to have data

So in case anyone was wondering, the VIP price for the Jin London shows was a mere £446 , plus fees... . I had been thinking to get a ticket for both nights but even the seats in the gods are £104 each... why is Britain so endlessly expensive... that's 30% more than comparable tix cost here. However, I was successful in securing one ticket overlooking the stage, for myself... front row of the 400s level. The view will be good at least. I might have to strap myself in to the seat to quell my fear of heights though

Geez, what's gotten into them? Not their usual at all

It's such a lovely interview! Corey clearly has warm memories of Yuzu
-
Did you guys know this? Yuzu's name is up on a plaque at the Tokyo Dome Hotel next to all the other artists who've played Tokyo Dome. And he's next to one of his faves, One OK Rock...

Under the same roof, though!

The fan cams from Singapore are just insane. Jay is back with a vengeance!
-
His face looks so red. Singapore is probably super hot and humid for him

I'm so pleased that Namjoon was able to go!
-
Why... why... WHY did he do that with his lips???

Patiently waiting until BTS rediscovers Toronto...

It's the Joan Jett hairstyle. Siouxsie Sioux also had something a little similar. It's a throwback to 80's punk rock. Our Jin, the punk fan. Don't forget he's paid tribute to the Dead Kennedys before. Is he hinting at some punk on this album?

Apparently Kian explained the painting in an interview: so even though it looks sensual, it's deceptive. It's referencing the direct opposite thing
-
I know. Why on earth did Kian think Jin needed mermaids making love on his wall?

I haven't learned Korean, nor saved a single penny...

He's the maknae of the hyung line, and he does act like it sometimes, Here's proof:
-
Namjoon's the middle member by age, he's both hyung and maknae

It's one of the venues , or has been in the past, for FaOI, so it'll definitely feel intimate with Jin in there. It's also the closest venue to Narita airport... too bad airfares rise during the summer for Japan. I might try for the O2 in London. We'll see. Also, I just realized- with this, every member of the hyung line has done/is doing a world tour. Realistically, Namjoon has the most material after Yoongi and Hobi, so I wonder if he'll tour solo too. But his music is so eclectic, what kind of a concert would it make?

Just found this... released today? Says it's RM, but that's definitely not his voice https://music.youtube.com/watch?v=Ks6b46wmqk0&si=1IjcWhxWvcbO4681

Jin singing with all the pretty girls 🥰
-
I'm looking forward to it

Well if she likes all that, BTS should be right up her alley... the only genre they haven't done is country music (so far)
-
What kind of music does your friend already listen to? I'd start with songs similar to that style and then add to the list songs that show BTS's range. And don't forget the solo stuff! Or you could recommend a whole album. BE might be a good one to start with

Got my new passport today. Turned out the guy manning the desk where I picked it up was, if not ARMY, at the very least a fan of J-Hope and commiserated with me about missing the show. Nice, but where was he two weeks ago.....
