    Speaking of book sales, Hanyconomy at work again.... "Yuzuru Hanyu's COSTUMES Made by Satomi Ito POSTCARD BOOK" Both volumes have been sold out." I have them on order so am waiting... but oh, I could spend up on this bookshelf alone.

    We thought he was popular and loved before Beijing and of course he was, but during that and ever since he went pro, it just seems that new people are discovering him all the time.

    I download them to save, but I like to go back and rewatch to youtube too, not just to bolster the numbers, just... because. I hope Requiem on his channel gets there soon, it is harder to watch but oh so beautiful.

    The amount he has personally given, and that he has helped raise over the years... the world really is a better place for Yuzu being in it in so many ways.

    I really liked this bit, it resonated... "I’ve always struggled to find the right words to describe Hanyu because at times he seemed to be a poem, an abstract artwork and even an enigma. The complexity of his personality, the depth of his thoughts and the incredible ability to blend art and storytelling into athleticism always fascinates me and many more figure skating fans."
