Let's wait and see how the new tango program will go. But yes, I don't like the arm movements in her La Cumparsita at all so finger crossed Assasin's Tango will be better in that department. Personally, I don't really like singles skaters doing Tango. It is a dance for two. But let's see.

La Cumparsita? I'm so glad she changed it TBH. Now that she is back to Tango but with a different piece, I hope it will be great.

Why is Marin skating to Assasin's Tango rubbing salt to your wounds? I thought it's a much better choice than Ave Maria.

IMO it is not what most people would expect from an FS program. For one, its structure is unusual. Normally, you would see a program builds towards a climax, and the music and choreo will reflect this, as in, the more a program moves towards its end, the "grander" it becomes. Because H&E is not built this way (and that's why I think it is so, so difficult to perform and interpret, much more than H&L and Seimei TBH), it is a challenge to get used to. To some, it lacks the "build" and the "tension". There is also such a rich story behind H&E to the point it has become highly philosophical. Besides, the music is not entirely catchy. Personally, I love H&E for how different it is from a normal FS program, but I can see why it can be a challenge to get behind. PS: I have to add this. IMO H&E really is a program that only "Yuzuru Hanyu" of the "now" can do, with all the ups and downs, highs and lows in both life and skating. It is a challenging piece, yes, but I'm so glad Yuzu decides to embrace it as it is. PPS: I'm also SO glad Yuzu was in charge of the music because SLB flopped SO hard in this aspect last year waefwkfowef.

I was thinking that guy would literally be disqualified if Axel was used as the first qualification criteria. His Axel is a complete mess even tho his toe picks and edges on jumps are fine. If you think about it, Dima would go with him as well, given that both his Axel and toepicks are terrible LOL. We do need a Yuzu’s club of pure techniques LOL. PS: This has nothing to do with whatever drama.

Betcha the subject of the latest drama, master of the backaxel, would be the first to be disqualified…
