Team we're fewer but still good!
Kaliszek/Spodyriev had an accident during training. Natalia hit him during twizzles. Spodyriev's injury looks bad and rehabilitation might take even few weeks. x

Media day 1st cut: Morning like always. Zuzu goes to TCC with his kitty smile. 2nd cut: Zuzu ties his skates. Jokes with cameramen. Totally not scheming anything. 3rd cut: BUM 4A And then he bombs his other jumps.

I told you all it's Nessie but no one believed me.- General Yuzuru Chat
Idk... For me (a total amateur) it showed that Zuzu free leg here... ekhem, is bad. Sigh, I really don't like this "who is more balletic" war because most of the times it doesn't show skaters in good light.- General Yuzuru Chat
I don't think this comparison is good for Zuzu.- General Yuzuru Chat

I think with Polina it was a bit different. It was olympic season and RusFed was too much focused on pushing Medo before Pyeongchang. Then they announced that Medo is injured, Alina was mostly landing her stuff and qualified to GPF, meanwhile Polina started to struggle and wasn't at GPF and later we know what happened. Sad memories. So again, qualifying to GPF is crucial, but IdF is relatively easy for Alena. Of course, I might be wrong. And agree about DW and Ge.- Team Japan

The best way to try out your new boots is to jump in them 3a.- 2019/2020 Season Program Announcements
Yes, I think Daniil isn't good choreographer. Additionally, currently overworked. Imo his programs are okayish at best (like Alina's Don Quixote) but most of the time... not. With bad music cuts. Or voice-overs. Or useless sound effects. With a lot of rising leg for short spirals or high kicks or leg swinging to keep skaters busy. But quality of your programs doesn't matter when you have Eteri listed as your coach. Plus Alena sold to people that horrible R&J, she can do anything. Plus IdF is quite easy. She might even win this. Then podium (or even win) at NHK and actual fight will be at GPF. GPF placements will decide team for Euros and Worlds and only meltdown at RusNats (or then Euros) might change it. Everything is in her hands. Really don't know why people are so worried about her (outside of her latest injury, of course).- 2019/2020 Season Program Announcements
Alina: better another warhorse than Cleopatra program Alena: Well, this is Daniil after all. This will be bad anyway. At very least music is good.- Team Japan
