  1. My heart just grows fonder and fonder of Katya
  2. Come to think of it, he hasn't even skated SEIMEI that many times. What is it, nine times total? That's just little more than a season for most. He's done Chopin a few more times (14 times?), but not that many more. On the other hand there are program's like Shoma's Turandot or Keegan's Chaplin that i feel like we've seen just as many or way more than that. I seriously will never understand the complaints for /him/ repeating programs when there are others that have done it just as much with even more performances of said programs that barely get criticised except for a few rumblings. Anyways, this was a bit of shock to me. Maybe i thought he had done them more times in competition because i've watched them both at least a thousand times on my own time
  3. I'm just gonna say it: red seimei This is my only dream. Found someone else sharing my wish with some art (ignore the eyeliner lol, or well yuzu if you are so inclined then go ahead please c: )
  4. @rubyblue Maybe a bit mean so under spoiler, but it's my honest opinion. Edit: Quoted the wrong post and i'm on mobile so don't know how to fix it but yeah... Removed the quote and @'d the user instead.
  5. I have been without internet for the past 48 or so hours and then i come back to this?? I'm in a panic oh god Whether or not it's true i just feel whatever Yuzu decides to do will be what he has to do and he will do it for himself, so how can i not support it? Chopin and SEIMEI were also the first programs i saw him compete with as i stumbled upon the wonderful world of Yuzu in december 2017, so i'm actually very excited for this as it brings back memories of that initial stan time c: On another note, if i'm being completely honest i've been feeling as if Origin just has bad energy for a while now. It just seems to suck the life out of Yuzu everytime he competes with it and that's not something i want for him. Everytime his scores has gotten lower and the judging worse. I feel like going back to these programs could be a way of recharging his mentality and finding the fun in competition again. I know it certainly would be for me as a fan. If he isn't discarding Otoñal and Origin forever and will come back for them later then it could also be a way to avoid feeling fatigue from the programs. If you reach a block while doing creative work, work that involves a lot of emotion, then it can be good to take a step back for a bit. I'm not sure how Yuzu feels obviously, but like i said, as a fan Origin has felt awfully heavy lately.
  6. The spit-take i did lmao, please no! Spare us innocent souls >.<
  7. Oh okay, that's cool though! I can't decide if i would want them to get it now or when he's a grandpa since he would surely be involved Then again Javi lightening the cauldron in Barcelona (who are also bidding) would be awesome too uwu (don't know if this is likely to happen since i don't know his status among winter athletes there so don't @ me, just let me dream ).
  8. Is this true or just speculation? :0 How awesome if the games are really happening in Japan in 2030!
  9. And so it begins...
  10. Another fanboy in the bag
  11. Oh, i love her! I started following her as she frequently tweets and does live commentary during competitions (including posting great yuzu content, of course!) this past fall and i had no idea she was such a prominent and successful person at the time (even now before reading this i had no idea to which extent). She's super lovely and makes me want to chant "one of us! one of us!" everytime i come across her c: My favourite thing is locals under her tweets going (paraphrasing) "oh it's that skater boy you like again, i'm growing rather fond of him" or "i was never interested in figure skating before but your enthusiastic love for that skater boy makes me want to watch" etc, she's a great ambassador for Yuzu haha
  12. Yuzu used to always rock such grandpa fashion with those calf high socks with trainers I'm not overly optimistic his fashion sense has improved over the years, but i guess that is also the charm of Yuzuru Hanyu haha. I'm so happy to see that he got to spend some time relaxing in Sendai after competing c:
  13. Cryptid sighting
  14. Let's go crazy, let's go!! Yuzu pls
  15. Edit: Grrrr

  18. Hanyuconomy strikes again! Good luck at 4CC later Yuzu, fanyus are making sure we will be there to support you
  19. I feel like i've been waiting my whole life for a men's fashion cover with Yuzu v-v Happy holiday to fanyus indeed
  20. Here's a direct youtube link to it in better quality c:
  21. What a lovely interview! Know that we felt it too, Yuzu. Thank you so much for sharing that bliss with us, it was a privilige to behold. You've worked hard u-u
  22. His english :0 He was really on a roll during these few days haha
  23. The funny thing is that if Nathan wins or even just medals at Beijing 2022 i'm pretty sure he'll retire from competitive skating. So they will be without a "star" regardless. There is no longevity. This would be great! I just want Yuzu to skate competitively to more japanese music in general, regardless of genre v-v It's not japanese, but my other music wish for Yuzu is The lark ascending by Vaughan Williams c: So Yuzu, if you're lurking and looking for more classical pieces, then consider this please:
  24. This popped up on my timeline again and i needed to share it because honestly, it just never gets old Also, lmao. True though ; - ;
  25. Watching Nathan during those press conferences were a special kind of entertainment So many "Wtf am i hearing" looks it made me chuckle heartily :>
