  1. Oof I can feel that... I honestly' don't know what I did to my left ankle, so I've been doing most things with my right leg and it's definitely coming back to bite me in the ass
  2. I have doubles sans a good 2lz and a 2a and am starting on triples But there's also a large chance that, if I can gather the money, I'm going to go to my dealer (that makes it sound like drugs) for the blades and be at the mercy of what boots he can sell that won't run my pocket dry Pattern 99s don't have as large of a spin rocker, so the gold seal are better for spins. Pattern 99s also have a larger toe pick which, depending on who you are, is a good thing or a bad thing. Personally, I'm the dumbass who's tripping on my toe pick, I'm praying maybe this issue will be a little less prominent... {But I also sometimes have issues in actually using my toe pick for whatever reason on combos off of an axel so who knows really, maybe a smaller toe pick will be a curse to me). I'd share if I could, they're so nice to just look at and hold I don't think I've ever held such a light blade...
  3. I'm an expensive high end gay and only settled for the best blades.... and honestly, I'm looking at.... expensive things, again, I'm actually looking at Edea Pianos if only they weren't so damn expensive
  4. I had my new blades comes in the other day and I don't think I'm gonna get them mounted until I get new boots, but I'm still I can't stop randomly picking one up and just holding it because I'm just so happy and they didn't cost me an arm and a leg which is also a bonus [so here's to maybe getting a similar deal on boots lol]. I'm super excited for when I do actually mount them and use them and like Ah!
  5. Oh wow I have never had friends injured before... Worst I've had was my little sister hitting her knee a little hard and me not being able to pick her up, which led to my coach having to get her up off the ice A few minutes later she was back on the ice and the whole thing was more embarrassing for me than anything else because my coach witnessed the very reason I will never become a coach in my future.... Never any real injuries beyond my own, though
  6. Every sort of foot pain I think is normal for people who don't skate often. When I'm with friends, I hear the most about feet pain, ankle pain, and hip pain within about an hour
  7. I always say dumb things when people show Yuzuru to me I can't wait for him to come back so I can react normal at seeing him oops
  8. I understand the reason for the credits, but when your school is like mine and the other offered classes are autoshop, building a house, medical careers, interior design, flower arrangement, design, they force you into the little corners of what you will take in class (I load in sciences and math and when I load in sciences and maths I end up even more repelled from say design and medical careers) and it makes gaining required credits difficult when your options are very... obscure. I can safely say I do not wish to be an auto technician in my life.
  9. You can drop out at 16 here too, but you need parent permission to do this that young. I know of kids who only complete one year of high school and two days of the next year before dropping out lol and you still can get GED and go to college if you do this
  10. That is interesting! Here, only way for this is to skip grades, which is not common offered. Only incident I know in my school system is a kid comes from Thailand and due to differences in education in Thailand and where I live, he has no need for the four years of high school and so they allow him to graduate a year early because he will have no more classes to take past next year It is interesting the difference in education! Even with intelligence, my school for sure if very strict on having enough high school credits for graduating, requiring some pretty pointless things (four credits of PE, on top of just a set number of credits). So say I wish to go into astronomy and astrophysics and maths, but I required to take other electives that do not go to what I wish to do because I need certain credit number just to graduate.
  11. I don't want to deal with... even more school so I decide I will just quit school and become a black smith... I don't want uni and I not understand how skaters can juggle uni and skating... Yuzuru, teach me your ways
  12. I was born late end of 2000 Just a wee seventeen year old working way through senior year of high school and hoping for acceptance into college I continuously forget to apply to...(I have application open in another tab for more than the past month oops).
  13. Apparently someone thinks I hate Yuzuru and asks me why today and I just
  14. Back while people were saying ages on years and I feel like very young Man i just start kindergarten in 2005 and not even at age of 5... I got very used to not being youngest in online groups and I feel I again found my place as youngest. Feels normal. Feels... right. I'm always youngest among irl friends, I claim my rightful position here If Yuzuru can be young Olympic medalist then I can be young fan
  15. I mean I could say the same the same about yours owo
  16. Sorry to double post but I just saw someone ask "is this homestuck?" in the comments of a Yuzuru Hanyu post and
  17. So all look super good Make his big cake that looks just as good as this and it will be good. Best cake for going back to Olympics
  18. I don't want to sleep yet because I want to post on 200
  19. It is difficult to swim with too much muscle though No fat and all muscle makes you very... not floaty. Even with strength, it is very difficult for swim.
  20. Too much muscle, not enough ability to actually use upper body
  21. With his persistence he can learn fast? All important foods to cook are ramen and rice, this is the truth, so teach him this and he'd be set Though I agree the men not cooking thing is weird lol. My mom teaches me fast how to cook from a younger age, and not because she works. She still makes most meals, but she wants all of her children to know to cook lol, but so do all men in my family from what I know Teaching him can't be any harder than teaching me had to be
  22. Totally off topic but his hair here
  23. Not necessarily all of Team Canada, but Team Cricket Club... I have a huge soft spot for themNever would I thought to follow this one junior (he is definitely no Hanyu) but talk to someone enough for realizing... I follow him now solely based on his being a nice person They all seem like such nice people there!
