Guys, guys! We don't know exactly what is going on at TCC, we should trust he is fine enough to come and perform. They would have pulled him out of ACI if it was something bad. Brian would have no trouble doing that. This is the Olympic year. Nobody is going to mess around with a challenger competition if it could hurt his chances for an Olympic Gold! Relax, breathe, have a coffee or chocolate, trust that Brian and Tracy, and Yuzuru himself know what they're doing!

I'd laugh, negl. I mean what else
-
Yes, but it's one way to make him actually reduce the number of quads for real
-
3-quad FS, one of them being the 4Lz

Thank you for the wonderful mental image of the Luggage 'taking care' of some of these folks. I can call this up now whenever I'm grumpy and smile!
-
Nobody can talk me out of my belief that the Luggage is one of the best things ever. I just felt the need to point that out.
-
He most definitely does. I'd probably be having steam coming out of my ears. After all, 33-Seimei cuts! I can just imagine him going - this stone needs to be moved here - points at a place 1mm lower.

I have absolutely nothing against Nanny Ogg, on the contrary! I can panic with the best of them, you have not seen that mode just yet, but I am honestly completely zen about all this. And I actually think Yuzuru looks ticked off and not worried in those few pics so that actually gives me comfort as well. I genuinely think everything is just fine and they are being smart about things, and by the time CoR comes, he'll be back to perfectly normal. New costumes, yay!

Hello friends, it's a glorious Thursday Does my not so little eye spot worried faces? *hands over chocolate and points to wine stash* Seriously though, it's fine. This is Autumn classic, he wouldn't be here if it was something big. There is no way Brian or he would gamble with that in the Olympic season. He would be tucked in at TCC with people fussing over him. As he's here and actually skating, it's nothing major at all. Good thing is that he's open about whatever ails him, he takes advice over how to handle it and honestly, I doubt very much that this is overtraining. These things happen on a regular basis. You should have seen my thigh one day after some skating and it was the stupidest thing ever too, I was just thon thon-ing along when I went down. Never mind what he does. So! Yay! ACI! New costumes and Yuzuru time

Sacrifices must be made! but it looks fab so worth it!
-
Yes, yes you can. It might give him a bit of extra ruggedness too! Win

Someone accidentally sat on the mold that then melted and then they just didn't have time to fix it?

The bold especially, we really should count our blessings. Plus I am sure those scratches in gold will look awfully nice under certain circumstances
-
I would keel over. I am actually not even sure which I'd prefer, black or red, or both, but honestly, I'm fine with either one of those. I'm reasonable, I've even left him choices
-
Ahhhh he looks so good!! (see, this is why a black costume would look fab! Just saying.)

Thank you!! Please tell me you took a photo!

Eh, Yuzuru is not ahead because he has been fortunate of having superior choreographers; Yuzuru Hanyu is a superior skater, full stop. I am always fine with discarding performance and interpretation as a lot of that is subjective though personally I do think that one can judge it well; when it comes to the technical Yuzuru Hanyu's jump technique is by leaps and bounds ahead of Shoma Uno's. His spins are better as well while we're at it but it is especially with jumps where we see a huge difference. It's not just about doing it, it is how you do it. I am aware of the current way the judges are scoring but it doesn't mean I am going to condone it by putting an equal sign between Hanyu and Uno because no.

Team we're fewer but still good!
Yatagarasu replied to Yatagarasu's topic in Igloo World: Team Other Skaters
I wish he wouldn't do that. It's purely for hype, and I am just not a fan of that. I get the need to try and get some attention but there are other ways. His 3A is not good, never mind a quad axel. Hopefully in reality he's actually concentrating on lading the jumps he has, or maybe including another quad properly. -
For me, Nathan Chen is his biggest opponent this season and meeting him head on at Rostelecom already is a stroke of good luck. Never underestimate USFSA, ever; Nathan's programs this season are pretty much masterpieces in terms of how tailored they are to him to hide all possible weaknesses; his jumps do not have any major issues and he has a full set, and to top that off, they have chosen the ideal tactic for introducing his quads while maximizing his PCS.

Junior Skaters of 2017/18 season
Yatagarasu replied to Yatagarasu's topic in Igloo World: Team Other Skaters
Both the short and the free for the ladies is at awkward time for me. And of course, that's the one thing I really care about. Honestly JGP....- 108 replies

I wondered too but in the end, decided that no, it's not. There's also something underneath it in the same color. But it's difficult to see like this, we have to wait. And now the end joke will be if it is not her dress at all!

I still remember that genius that used flash photography during the practices. People. The mind boggles.

Yuzuru is laughing at us. But then it's the Cheshire Cat, what did we expect? (Thank you for trying though! And I do too!)
-
I did! It cuts the link in half for some reason. If you can give it a go sally, please do because it hates me, it hates me it does!
