I promised I would just lurk and get info on tickets and streams etc. but I let my guard waaaay down on here. Look at my rank, for crying out loud. I really adored this costume and think something similar (pale blue and silver) would suit Chopin. Also, +GOE for sparkle pants. Not enough skaters make use of the pants canvas. ETA. (HOLY CRAP! How incredible is the timing of that first toe loop? I burst out laughing soooo loud in astonishment!)

I've gotten 2 out of 3 family members interested but they can't even pick out an axel so it's not that much fun, really.

This year as been and continues to be one of the hardest years of my life - and the last 4 have been absolutely theatrically awful - but I've survived and am trying to turn things around with every last fibre of my being using strength borrowed from this miracle skater boy. He's been very good for my body and soul. My other hobbies didn't really give me that boost so I'm fine with indulging this FS obsession.

Lol, how quaint. Too many? And that you think you have control. How sweet. ^_^ *goes to watch it again* My date of vampirization/zombification was SEIMEI hydroblade at Boston Worlds which I accidentally saw because I didn't even know FS was broadcast here and was looking for a Japanese game show that wasn't on. Then Worlds again this year double killed my zombie self and trololol my life is over and I don't know what to do. ^_^

It's so. Hard. Omg. Is it even possible? Like even one less video a day. I don't have the self-control and I live my life practically like a Buddhist nun.

I'm actually terrified it's not just me. I mean, has anyone come out on the other side of this? Do we have any proof that it's possible to beat this addiction? I had full on lifelong obsessions before this and I just dumped them overnight and I don't know what to do.

I thought I'd just drop this in here. Daisuke Takahashi said in this talk with Tetsuya Kumakawa that he had more stamina at age 27 than he did at 20. If Yuzu is already showing the world what it's never seen before, might we have 4 more years of leveling up (and he jumps up so many levels a year) until we see the ultimate, final form of figure skating (even if we have to take it in an ice show)? Will the world end when such perfection is unleashed? brb starting on my bunker. #deliriousfromsicknessorawakeningtothealientruth?

I legit don't understand how you can be anything other than a full on wreck of an FS fan. Like, either you don't like FS or you let it destroy your life - there is no inbetween. LOLOLOLOLOL

It seems I'm the only one who found LGC a bit gross (I was traumatised by Prince as a young child - that doesn't sound right) but I love this move here in black without a sleazy face. It actually looks really elegant and beautiful - closer to Johnny Weir than Prince. I've been converted. (brb, going to watch Ave Maria again.)

I take offense at that, actually. Tequila time is literally all the time. And it sounds like it really helped you express your gut feelings! (Oh ho ho ho ho. So funny, this guy.)
