I think this was an entry to contest at a stationery shop sponsored by Mitsubishi uni who make the kuru toga pencils. For those who don't know, kuru toga pencils rotate the lead every time you click them to keep you from having to turn the pencil in your hand to keep it sharp. So the poster is connecting the rotating pencil with figure skating Chopin kitty jumps.

Just what I need! I use a kuru toga but my finger hates it. It took nearly 10 years to come up with the technology used in these pencils, fyi jsyk etc etc.
