Unpopular opinion: Yuzu is terrible to cook for. His enthusiasm for food is minimal, he can't handle most food, he eats way less than normal, he is picky, it doesn't interest him.

I'm Asian and I can confirm this

I see more chance of him retiring if he loses terribly this season, esp Olympics and or gets an injury. Because he wouldn't enjoy skating with compromises and not going for the kill. Where as if he wins, he would stay for one or two more years, to accomplish things or until he is ready to move on. Because I think he truly loves the sport and being a sportsman and he wouldn't want to leave without leaving a mark. He is not a quitter. But as much as he loves the sport, I think he is slowly going to hate the media, publicity and federation circus around it. And if he feels these factors hinder his progress and not his skills, he won't stay to try and fail. And with Shoma, the jsf won't lack the next show horse. Also I think Yuzu declaring his retirement at a young age was a young boy's view on aging. And not sportsman planning his career. Like, how can you know what you'll be capable of, or your limits are? I don't think he is planning as far as the next Olympics, but I think he would stay as long as he is winning and is a strong challenger for gold in any competition he goes into.

I had issues with seeing that. In the planet we often say that Brian is not like Rafael or other coaches who pushes the skater before they are ready for drastic things and injure them. And then we have this kid. And an injured JHC. So, how unaffected is Brian and Tracy by the quad era?

I thought that too. And off the rack or rented suits have the issue where his thighs are quite thick but his upper body is slim, so they would look big in him?? And the bespoke one would be okay once he stopped growing. i know nothing about suits or fitting one.
