A range of issues from people being informed that they have flagged up as bots - too many retweets, account limits for numbers of posts - ?maybe trying to make people buy twt blue? Disappearing followers or unfollowing people automatically. Some OP's have been sending out cautionary tales to let people know to be bit cautious about what and how frequently they are posting. Twt support does not respond to people's messages, so they cannot help people reinstate accounts either. Hopefully things will resolve shortly. Hope the info helps. Best regards Pxx

I'm just wondering as I'm actually just a "reader" and don't post or retweet anything. This perhaps also means, that if you are on twitter too often, you will also be "blocked".
