Just gonna drop this here. Gary Beacom is a skater from the '80s who was known for being exceptionally unconventional is his approach to skating.

 

Looks like he's still at it, and so I hope Yuzu sees this video and can feel inspired for his own innovations:

So, Patrick posted this on his Insta. The upcoming Canadian SOI tour is going to be his last tour. 

 

Pretty much last chance to see him skate live, then, I would guess. 

 

For those of you who haven't seen him yet,  and can make it to one of the shows on the tour, I encourage you to do so. Whatever you may have thought of him and the scores he got during his competitive years, Patrick's skating skills are amazing and his skating is best experienced live.
