"Harushan", the person who wrote this twitter was the one

who made that big paper fan( Uchiwa ) for Yuzu to root for

his idol, Plushenko during that "Sex Bomb"'s performance.

Yes, it was her idea !

I did some research it's from P&G's monthly promotion yuzu days:(like the one where he promoted a $200 toothbrush this month, remember? )
