January 25, 20224 yr I think this is the only forum I could post this on. I feel very sad for Mikhail Kolyada - he must be heartbroken. So many Russians have gotten Covid and flaunted safety protocols. Others in the Russian training rink where Misha trains at are also testing positive. While I am sad for him, my almost instantaneous reaction to that news was "Thank God the Russians couldn't compete at 4CC." Jun will not have been exposed to any of them. None of the four on Team Korea will have been anywhere near a Russian skater for months. I am grateful for that.
January 27, 20224 yr Baby Young [220110] Young You, from "Yuna kid" to figure skating star (English subtitles)
February 2, 20224 yr Brian is in Seoul with Jun and will travel to Beijing with the Korean team- I guess they are also traveling with the speed skating team.
February 5, 20224 yr While we are waiting to see Jun (and the rest of the team) in events next week, someone posted a tweet today with a YouTube link for all of Jun's skates and interviews. It is not just a few videos - very thorough.
February 11, 20224 yr Forgive me if this has been posted before. I am new and posted it elsewhere and a member said to also post it here. There is a Korean YouTube channel (which I watch in Seoul and is apparently geoblocked in some countries) that posts a lot of skating, including Livestreams of GPF events, etc. and afterwards posts some full programs and top three winners. For the Olympics, they didn't stream live, but they included both of Yuzu's programs. The commenters are nice and the Livestream chats are lively and friendly. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=thz0EJRp8CA&t=7s https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=S48qU3Vcp28&t=7s and of course their lovely Jun-hwan's and Si-hyeong's , along with his practice skate, and others, in their playlist mix here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=O13B5c7-jII&t=4s https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ApfQbuPv1YI&list=RDCMUCk4XjBsDuzItvsuVGiDdKqQ&start_radio=1&rv=ApfQbuPv1YI&t=12 The channel's playlists are a little cumbersome to search through, but if you search YouTube with the event title or skater's name in Korean, it may pop up, as SBS TV also posted some. Otherwise, I may help you, if you ask. And thanks and love to all you active Fanyus who have shared so much support and information here!
February 11, 20224 yr Jun posted a thank you on Instagram - you have to cut and paste it. https://www.instagram.com/p/CZ1lsnDPiFG/
