Are gifs allowed in our sigs?

I LOVE his Etude costume and his H&L costume. I like it when he wears t-shirts and does a casual EX I also really liked his POTO 1.0 costume even though it has bad memories attached to it.

Not sure if this has already been brought up but could we have notifications whenever we're quoted? Also please could we switch the draft and the post reply button round? I keep accidentally drafting stuff instead of replying. Thanks for all the work so far :)
