  1. Looking at photos and vids on twitter. The venue is quite small relative to many event arenas. This must have the atmosphere quite intense. The spectators must really feel close to Yuzu and part of the performance. A small arena has the small disadvantage that relatively few people can attend, say compared with Saitama Super Arena. However, the advantage of having a fantastic view and being able to see the performance details must make the show magical and extra special.
  2. @Soleil88 You are very fortunate indeed to be able to attend. Hoping that your experience will be something to treasure. When you have returned to the mortal realm please share your thoughts Did you buy merchandise as well? Pxx
  3. TofYu Zuzu Soft Usually anything Yuzu mentions will sell out within the hour. Somehow this may be the only time that a product does not sell out. Will there be tofu rationing?
  4. Wishing you well for your comp. Hope that you can channel Yuzu's sentiments "I am doing my best forever". Whatever your result on the day, truly wishing that you will enjoy yourself and feel happy about participating. Sending healing thoughts for your bruises.
  5. Replied to you on twitter as well. ( P Vi on twt) Rifu, is just to the north of Sendai, it hosted a leg of one of the FaOI tours a few years ago. Guessing that it was the Rifu Sekisui Heim Super Arena. Capacity 5000 - 7000 seats ( 2000 seats are movable, so possibly these would be lost to make space for ice rink ) It is multi purpose like the Sheffield or Wembley Arena and is definitely used for ice events. Just like Wembley Arena, it too hosts 'Disney on Ice', so they clearly have experience with rink construction.
  6. Enjoy your merchandise, it will make the hard work worth it. My merchandise will not be shipped until February. It will be worth the wait Sending warm wishes Pxx
  7. Sorry no, but the phrase about the foot pain when landing badly really stuck out. Yuzu also spoke about not being able to land the 4A first in comp and that his attempt would not be ratified now that he has left the comp circuit. Seemed as if Yuzu was preparing to manage people's expectations about the future of the 4A. Sorry if this is too speculative. Many tweeters have removed 4A from their twitter names since that interview in case it causes a burden for Yuzu to live up to
  8. Thank you for sharing the experience. Delighted for you that it was wonderful - just like a dream come true, hope that the memory lasts and keeps you warm in the snow. Did you buy Prologue goodies? So sweet of you to share Yuzu talking about International fans messages and questions. Sent in Q about tickets for global fans and address for fan mail.
  9. There was a recent interview related to "The Dream Which Will Someday End" Yuzu mentions about the ligaments in his ankle - specifically that is he lands badly it can really hurt him because of pre existing damage. From the way he worded this, (yes I understand that it was a translation ) it sounded very like the way a foot specialist might explain the risk of injury due to specific mechanism of injury. Prior to Yokohama there was an interview where Yuzu talked about the responsibility of being the main ( currently solo ) performer in an Ice Show. This is completely logical - the logistics of having to cancel and issue refunds would be a major undertaking, plus the inevitable criticism from those who have been critical of Yuzu in the past. Yuzu's professional reputation is very much on the line. All of these will be on twitter and other platforms
  10. That's good, excellent to showcase talented musicians like this youngster
  11. Well let's see. people prioritised which Ice Event that they wanted to see. Weathering the lottery and the actual snow to trek to the North. The fans who made it definitely put Prologue above the other events. Quite right, and so say all of us ( not chuckling to myself like a loon about this )
  12. Musician for change? The young shimasen player or different musician?
  13. Sending comforting thoughts to you Many condolences. As you say, he passed away peacefully at a grand age, that is the best any of us could hope for Pxx Enjoy Prologue, hope that the performance will help to ease the pain of your father's passing
  14. Yuzu considers all of his decisions very carefully. Although the dream of 4A is still achievable should Yuzu wish to pursue it, the cost in terms of injury could be devastating. Yuzu said himself in a previous interview that he must be very careful not to risk injury as he is a professional and cannot easily withdraw from a show. f he were to injure himself and was unable to perform that is a huge responsibility. In terms of risk vs reward, imho the 4A is too risky now and this interview as well as the one where Yuzu talked about the state of the ligaments in his feet and ankles, it really is not worth risking health for long term skating career. That dream has come to an end or is at least on hold until techniques to repair very slow healing tissue like ligaments improves. sounds like a bit of whingeing so apologies Yuzu fly towards your dreams, they are waiting for you. Your fans would carry you there if we could
  15. That's gorgeous. Just to recount a poignant story. Years ago a young soldier wrote a letter home from a conflict zone. He finished with the message "If snowflakes were kisses I'd send you a blizzard" The day the letter arrived, it snowed. He came home safely as well The phrase became well known in the UK. It's a very affectionate sentiment. Now, for me at least, snow will always be associated with some kind of blessing.
  16. Dear Satellites, There are so many lovely art works, poems, musical compositions and academic works all inspired by the Muse that is Yuzu it is like the cornucopia of plenty having it's contents bestowed upon us. Not only these offerings but also new publications on their way, photo books the Wiki Featured article and of course Prologue Hachinohe For those fortunate few fans who will be attending the live performances in Hachinohe, have a superb time seeing Yuzu and please tell us about your experiences, if you have not transcended to a higher plane of existence. You may have good wifi so please do not forgot those of us left in the mortal realm, who will look forward to any reports of the show with the greatest anticipation. As for the press and the sour interviews and articles, forget about these naysayers and leave them to wallow. Only a small proportion of divisive minded people really care about what they say, it is pathetic. Yuzu's success is bound to head to ever greater heights and hopefully the massive outpourings of admiration and support from well wishers will be of huge comfort and reassurance. Many fan groups will be showing birthday messages, as is our own dear haven Planet H. These are all certain to be filled with more gorgeous dedications, about which hopefully someone will inform Yuzu or he may even see them himself. Sending warm thoughts and fortifying hugs. Pxx
