I'm not sure the reason behind it, but I personally think that making videos unavailable for guests is a mistake. Requiring large numbers of comments for members to watch certain videos is too. The videos are a really precious resource, and for a lot of people it's their introduction to the fandom. FS is inaccessible enough as it is, and most newcomers won't bother if they're met with so many hurdles 😭 Please know I'm not being hostile at all, just sharing my thoughts 💛 Edit: after more digging I've found out it's because PH was reported for copyright 😞 I'm sorry the team is dealing with this and I hope it can go back to normal soon

I'm nervous too, but it's a nice change from the sickening anxious feeling of Beijing It's mostly excitement nerves, but also.. I just hope it all goes really well for him, exactly as he wants it. He deserves it so much. I hope everyone has the most incredible time

This was my first time watching an ice show and it was a blast I used JapanTV and it worked really well. The audio was like half a second behind though, so that was a bit annoying but probably to do with my internet. I think I'll be buying 1 month's subscription for future streams coz I was really happy with it. Seeing Yuzu having fun just made my day

I did all my screaming on Twitter throughout the show but I'm just popping in here to say: This was my first FAoI experience and it was SO nice to go through all the chaos and excitement with other fans. It was hectic and confusing but so much fun. And we didn't even get to watch it!! But after months without seeing him, after going through the heartache of Beijing as my first comp, some fan fights on the timeline... Arghgh it was just lovely to have a positive night like this, and to see him genuinely enjoying himself. He looks really healthy and his inner crazy was definitely unlocked by the Jrock, we love to see it. The Olympics gala was incredible, but now that I've started to settle into the community and find some friends, this was like a 10,000x better fan experience for me haha. I'm so jealous of the people who get to watch the show live... But I'm also not because I think I would actually pass out. I can't wait for the rest of the shows!! I don't know how my phone storage will hold up at the end of it all though

This exactly. I know it's been said a lot... and I'm gonna go off onto another ramble... but it's incredible how much love he received in Beijing. In some way it's good that he didn't get a medal, because it proved once and for all how priceless he is, that medals and records don't win hearts. I know how competitive and ambitious he is, so I hope he was able to really absorb that message. I was a casual fan before Beijing (basically just watching and enjoying his YouTube videos when they popped up) but Beijing was where I became a fanyu... It was painful in a lot of ways but I'm so glad I did. Just look at Twitter, and how many new fanyu accounts joined during/after Beijing and are still joining every day. It's seriously remarkable that he can do this without any sort of social media presence or PR. Also, I'd love to know how many members Planet Hanyu had before Beijing compared to now! And how his video views have increased too

Ohh no I'm not attending it in person! Sorry, I should have been clearer. I only became a serious fan during Beijing and this will be the first time I get to 'see' him in an ice show, even though it'll be online I hope we get a lot of footage of all the shows!

Yesss it'll be so nice to watch him without anxiety!! I'm a very anxious person in general and it makes me almost completely unable to actually enjoy competitions Oh and we'll get to see him interacting with Nobu!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Just wanted to come in here and freak out about how EXCITED I AM FOR FANTASY ON ICE!!!! I don't have ANY patience whatsoever. And with no friends who are into figure skating... I'm so glad Planet Hanyu exists This will be my first ice show I'll experience as a fan EEEEEEEEEEEE I can't WAIT!!! What will he skate?! What will they wear?! Side note but... When I saw Masquerade for the first time and he landed that 3A and the music exploded? That was one of my most memorable baby fanyu moments, I'll never forget how that made me feel.

It breaks my heart that he ever thought that he disappointed us... But I'm really glad he's happy with his 4A. And from another snippet, he said that our support and warm words have reached him, so that makes me happy too

I suppose if I stick around here and on Twitter I'll be able to watch it eventually I also recently saw that the event organisers are considering paid livestreaming - it probably won't happen because of music copyright issues, but it's nice that they're discussing it!
