late but I just saw this on twitter. have you seen the comments tho haha. many were asking if yuzu is Japanese? if not, the other countries will gladly take him lol. and most comments were questioning JOC unfair treatment or people wishing yuzu happy new year despite his non appearance

about yuzu and ageing well. I think yuzu is really the type to increase in fatty tissue (esp at his chin) at the speed of light the moment he pause any bit of physical activity. Rmb when he went back to Sendai for the monument thing.

I'm good with this if that means he's fine. But knowing Yuzu, the last thing he would want is create unnecessary worry and stress to people who cares very much about him. I do really hope he is fine tho...

About the pain scale, I heard giving birth is 10? that's freaking scary if having your limb chop off being a 9. My parents told me it's not really painful tho. I see, That's true too. Haha that's not what the tweet implied at all. It was just a statement that would apply to everyone not just yuzu, as in that we all know our pain, feelings etc best. It's fascinating as always, to see individual differences in interpreting. Next time, there should be more clarity, I suppose. About Helsinki, yes this was why I knew there might be a false memory there with the info mixed up haha. Exactly what was meant. By saying he knows his condition, in the tweet, it was implying he knows how much pain he is in. And as I said, whether or not he follows this sign of his body telling him to stop is another matter. Knowing simply means he can tell. what he decides does not fall under it. And in this case, the tweet meant him knowing the pain stuff (his body) more than what JSF announced. so once again, just take the news lightly is what was implied in the tweet. Not anything about whether yuzu knows to not over train etc. (but he would definitely know in this case) The 'obviously' part is because the tweet is about this situation, why would its content be about other situation? Brain was there in most of other times Yuzu got injured tho... And in Helsinki, I believed Brian said he left yuzu alone after the SP, in other words, Yuzu dealt with stuff himself (sorry if this was a false memory haha). And Brian's decision to water down in ACI, according to Yuzu and results, was not such a good decision after all. I believe it was last year tho but I can't rmb damn ^^;; Btw we're just having a simple peaceful exchange of opinions right... no offense or harm intended for like arguing... umm, the tweet was with regards to this situation so obviously 'he knows his condition best' would mean for this situation in particular. But I also can't agree with you that it does not apply as a general statement. because, it's Yuzu's body, of course he would know himself the best. how can others know better than the actual person? Whether he listens to it or not, it's a different thing all over. But he doesn't only have Javi and Yuzu. And I'm not disagreeing with you that Brian attention is important, but that it does not all depend on him. like it's not a no Brian or die situation. Yuzu is a self-aware adult. and Brian had many times gave wrong suggestions where it turned out that Yuzu's decisions were the right ones. About the Javi thing, I can't remember where I saw it but I think it was a Javi's media, not Yuzu's. edit: it was something about how they are much closer with Javi because of the longer time spent and they wished more for him to win the Olympics than anyone else.

But yuzu has already said he has not resumed on ice training because of pain. in other words, he's not ignoring it. So I'm just saying that overtraining is not possible now and he knows clearly not to. Practicing quads is not possible now too since he's not even on the ice. And him admitting means he knows his condition... i don't get why we're arguing about this lol. you yourself said yuzu knows his body best. I was just stating that.... Also, Yes yes I know what Brian can do but I meant that at TCC, it's not like at competition where he can just keep his attention on Yuzu throughout the whole practice. he has others to keep an eye on too at TCC. edit: also, actually Brian and Tracy has always seen Javi as the most Olympic hopeful at TCC...
