Just watched another video explaining the mhj situation and finally understand it. They kicked her out as a member of the board, cause this three year contract ends in november this year. A ceo has to be a member of the board, as she no longer is a member, she can no longer be a ceo. And as the stock option thing is connected to her position as a ceo, she no longer has a right on it. Sounds pretty tight, I don't think she will be able to fight this....hopefully. Because they respected the court decision as far as I can tell. She can't be fired as a ceo by the shareholders.....and she wasn't😎.

My first thought after reading this was: are they stupid or blind? They had three officers seeing what he was driving plus the video footage and it needed an investigation if what he was driving needed a licence plate? Really?🙄🤦🏼‍♀️ Time really flies.....good to have him back soon💜 If SM hadn't put out their statement, noone would know about it. It certainly makes it seem like it could be serious...... Guys, I feel sick to my stomache.....just saw that Yoongi did the whole face the media in front of the police station thing😱🤯🤬🤢. I thought it was a fake video, but then it was really Yoongi getting out of the car and standing in front of the media.....i closed YouTube right away. Don't know if he said something or not, it just felt like I was punched in the gut....

Maybe..... But honestly, I'm not going to a cinema with earplugs for a mediacore experience, cause it would restrict the way of how I can enjoy the movie🤷🏼‍♀️. The possibility of it popping up on weverse or disney+ are high, think I will wait for it. Will look into it, but it needs to have different days during the week or times, so it would make a difference in the audience.

soooo, it looks like thats the new trend? Make K-Pop groups out of foreign/international members, let them train for a bit like korean trainees to then put the k-pop label on them? I already wasn't sure about the Kateye project (but I think it has a bit more k-pop vibe) and now I just learned that SM (I feel sorry for you boys) has this group and some other agencys also have these international groups going or lined up. Nothing against them, but if I were a regular korean trainee in an agency, training for two years or more and have then some boys coming that train for 100 days to get their debut....not sure I would feel good about it and I think it dismisses a bit what the "real" trainees put into their dream, the effort they have to put into it. By the way, the Kateye debut single....lets say I think they did better with their pre-debut released song.
