After ACI, I was so worried about him competing in Canada. So happy that I was wrong.

After watching the Yuzu's short program, I went to my first private Japanese lesson. Teacher: What do you like about Japan? Me: Anime, the food, the culture ... and figure skating Teacher: Yuzu-kun? Me: YES Teacher: He is so good, he has just won the short program this morning (it was morning in my city) ..... (Then we discuss figure skating for 20 minutes lol. She also loves Shoma and Alina)... Teacher: Next lesson, we can use news articles and books about Yuzu as reading exercises.

They think Nathen was overscored and the margin should not be that large but Nathen should win as Yuzu made mistakes and Nathen didn't. You may disagree but I don't find this opinion disrespectful/unsettling/contradictory.

I listen to In The Loop Podcast a lot. I think they are very respectful and supportive to all the skaters and they love Yuzu.

I am a Rika fan but I dislike this costume and prefer her costumes last year so much more. Not even Yuzu can save this one.

I guess Yuzu's tribute programmes inspire juniors to do tribute programmes to him.

I love how both violin and bow are related to his name. Also the feathers (though fewer in the new costume) in the costume.

Glad to see fellow TwoSet fan here but they will nitpick his bow hold Though I agree that extending those fingers makes the move more beautiful on ice as he is not really holding a violin

Did he lip-sync like this when he was younger? I can only remember lip-syncing footage from around 2014 as the earliest. It would be a bit funny to see a boy who has just turned senior to be this extra.

Maybe he simply doesn't want to overtrain or peak at ACI

My brother and I were watching a Japanese show about travelling in Touhoku region. One of the section is about Sendai. I was secretly hoping to see Yuzu and then they really talked about him. They mentioned that Yuzu visited Akiu Shrine and he was very polite. They also showed a newspaper cut of Yuzu winning Olympics. I thought my brother didn't know who Yuzu is as I have never told him and figure skating does not really exist in my country, but then he said: "oh yuzuru hanyu, you have many books about him. I saw that in your room." I was like

If they are revealing a Lotte costume, please reveal the green one last year I am trying to remove the salmon from my memory

Maybe they are doing experiments to test the boundary of Hanyueconomy and fanyus' tolerance level
