Initially became a fan of FS since Nancy and Tonya era. But my country suddenly stopped airing FS broadcasts. And everything went the back burner. An online friend introduced me to Yuzu and Javi's skating just this year. Both of them were brilliant. Looking up on both of them I realized that both men went through a lot to become the champions they are. And finding out that Yuzu was going to the Olympics with a questionable ankle kept me on radar. I was not able to see it on livestream, but via chat my friend was updating. And when he won, I found out that it was the realization of his childhood dream. A dream he was working on since he was in elementary school. He never lost focus, gave up a lot of things but made it come true. It was definetly not easy and seeing him achieve it made me look at life in a better light. Life can be challenging at times, but rewards all those diligent enough to make things happens. And knowing gives me the consolotion that yeah hard work and discipline, it does work even in the most cynical times. I wish you happiness from here and beyond Yuzu.

Guys I need help, does anyone know the fantasy in ice calendar in the past 4 years? I am planning to try and see yuzu there lol.

As a newbie, I was in deep thought about all of this. And I decided to compose myself with: 1. Yuzu's main goal is the 4A to achieve this he needs his ankles in its best form. 2. He probably doesn't want to fall in the spiral of compete-injury-heal-rehab. 3. I don't know if in his heart and mind Beijing 2022 is there. But if there is a slither of a chance he wants to. Preparation for full ankle recovery should start now. 4. He wants to perform Otonal and Origin at max potential which will require all the stamina he can muster. As a conclusion: Maybe not all I stated could be true but it is safe to say Yuzu has long term goals. He wants to skate for himself for as long as possible. And to be able to achieve that in his current condition, he needs to take time. That is what he is doing now, taking his time. Its a crazy wait but he has given so much, he deserves to have all the time he needs. With that I console myself with he will be back with recovered right ankle and ready to conquer himself once again. As he said so himself: I am no greater or less than Yuzuru Hanyu And we all know what Yuzuru Hanyu means.

Get well soon Yuzu. Its okay we can wait until next year (which is basically just a few weeks away) You might be feeling kuyashii right now but patience is a virtue which pay off well big time. We all will be anticipating your across the board

So it is confirmed. Thank YOu Kikuchi-san for being with Yuzu and helping him to become the Champion he is. For some reason I felt that Yuzu is always cared for whenever Kikuchi-san is around. I know he still is but there bond is special.

Yuzu is all up to compete for the rest of the season. We will be waiting for you.

I think having Yuzu on your show will always draw a crowd and its a good opportunity. I mean who doesn't want to skate with him?

To be honest I used to think I was biased because I am a fan of Yuzu. But after seeing more performances for this year, I am like come on who can top him. Credit to Charlie and Kurt for making me feel vindicated. Can we imagine men's figure skating without Yuzu? Well I do, getting tickets would be easier. Because what is there left fighting for?

All we know for now is Yuzu is off to take his place in history. Most of you probably don't like T*L however I tripped upon it. During Helsinki GP review, the guy with a beard said that Yuzu coming back is not probably concerned about who his competitors are. He is more of focused on creating history. He wants to write himself in it. While he was sayng it the other guy was like "yeah whatever" But let's forget the other guy with negative vibes. Yuzu came back to satisfy himself. He is going to dare and do all his wild skating fantasies. And it can only be gratified if he is given positive GOE. So get ready people besides the 4A the overlord is not done yet.

Guys a bit off topic but when did Mr. Akira Kikuchi started going with Yuzu on competitions? I always thought that his presence is good for Yuzu since he is his main therapist since 10 years old, if I remember it correctly. I know Yuzu's an adult now and still has a full team behind him. Its just that I feel they have went to a lot. I wonder if they did parted ways. Well the 2018 Olympics was great stage but I pray privately they had a great send off. Just being emo about the people around Yuzu. Because as we know Javi is not there and now Kikuchi-san too. But thank goodness there is still Pooh.

Helsinki is getting near can't wait and all ready

I am so nervous and excited for Helsinki its like I am going mad......

All I can say is if Yuzu did say something to Jun, its encouraging him he can win gold against him. Because Yuzu respects Jun as a competitor. Its not about the celebration, it was most likely about helping Jun get over some doubts. And the two of them will be in helsinki Excited for the both of them.

I just hope it in a competition that I can see live.

I love Yuzu's thank you mom CF. The one when he was facing a mirror and reflected is his little self doing a jump got me then and finally I am excited to see a new one made. It was just one of those things that when you see, you feel that the world is a good place after all.
