Yuzu has always been so brave to show his emotions and be vulnerable on the ice. This is one of the main reasons why his performances touch people's hearts and souls deeply and are memorable. I'm happy that he keeps exploring new and different ways to express himself.

Yuzu to the FaOI costume designers: "As always, please make the top of my costume 15cm shorter than the others." This is so relatable! Gosh, I really hope this makes the organizers realize just how wildly popular Yuzu is and how much more money they could make by expanding live viewing in cinemas and paid live streaming. Fanyus bringing gifts to live viewings in cinemas! This is absolutely amazing! Fanyus are so kind and generous! Well, Yuzu did say that he might compete in two more Olympics...

Doesn't he know we want to see him wildin' like there's no tomorrow, even more so when there's live stream? To think that so many of his ice show shenanigans will never be shown on any screen!

We finally have footage! Yaaay! The excerpts look so interesting and captivating. But well, it's Yuzu, so of course his performances are always outstanding and memorable. I can't wait to see Yuzu's full performances. It's so funny how half of the video clips posted on Twitter have a warning for potentially sensitive content. I really love and admire about Yuzu that he sticks to his dreams, his vision of skating, and his style no matter what. I have the feeling that what happened in Beijing made him realize even more than before how much he loves skating and how important it is for him to stick to his own definition of what his ideal skating his as well as his own definition of success. He has moved far beyond anything that competitive skating is nowadays. I believe Yuzu has been making the very best of his experiences in Beijing. Without the crushing weight of heavy expectations, he seems to be freer and more expressive than before. He looks like he enjoys skating and performing more than ever. I look forward to what Yuzu will show us yet. It's so exciting!

I agree! Yuzu's ability to deliver fantastic performances of such a great diversity and range of programs is one of the things that make him stand out by far. This shows what a multi-faceted, complex person he is. It's also proof that Yuzu has the curiosity, courage, and desire to try out new things and experience different sides of himself. He never stays in his comfort zone and sticks to old recipes that have proven to work, but constantly discovers and explores new and different ways to express himself. This is risky and the results are unpredictable, but it's one of the hallmarks of the greatest and most creative artists and performers.

The international Olympics Twitter also posted this. This really shows that there must be at least one Fanyu who is in marketing/social media at the Olympics. Just look at the details in the illustration. On top of the more obvious things like Yuzu's costumes, Olympic gold medals, and Pooh, there are the special edition Bing Dwen Dwen from Shiyue and Xinyu, the earphones, and even the water cup! These are things that only a Fanyu who follows Yuzu news closely would know about.

I saw more reports about the FaOI ticket sales in Taiwanese cinemas and I want to share these, too. I still can't wrap my head around this. We're talking about tickets for a live stream of an ice show shown in cinemas, not even tickets for the actual on-location ice show, let alone a competition. On one hand, I'm naturally very happy that Yuzu is so popular and beloved, on the other hand, I don't even want to think about how much of a blood bath the sales for tickets to competitions will be if Yuzu participates. And I would really love to watch Yuzu live at an ice show, but unless he decides to do a world tour, the chances of getting tickets in Japan are pretty much atomic. Like I said before, I do hope that this immense demand for FaOI will make the producers realize that Yuzu's worldwide popularity is much greater than ever and they will finally introduce international streaming for the shows.

I've never seen this before. 15-year-old Baby Yuzu in FaOI 2010!
