I'm not worried tbh. He wouldn't risk his future goals just for skating in shows, and summer is still a long way.

I think he was actually kind of shady about the media with some of his comments, like when he said he saw some reports about his fans in the news even if those reports are distorted (while laughing cutely ) I think he is indeed careful but to some extent he makes sure he says what he feels and thinks saying that he knows media distort things.

Still watching the press conference, it's awesome I really feel he was very honest with his words, he is very witty indeed.

Watching the press conference it does strike me that Yuzuru definitely is more aware of the fans and public comments than what I thought. His comment about being "roasted" a lot about a clean shoma winning over him. I wonder also if that comment about being sure he was going to win wasn't taken badly in Japan? Idk much about japanese mentality but I do know they value respect a lot so I wonder how that was taken.

Oh my, Nathan vs Yuzu has become the new Patrick vs Yuzu, oh all those nasty fights and hate. Don't bother tbh, it's going to go on like this and maybe even worse I know for sure how much energy I lost fighting against hatersin the past and it's really not worthy, just slam them with the facts and the job is done . And also when I encounter nice fans I remember the bad apples don't deserve the time, at the end the skaters are friendly with eachother.

like every community I'm sure there are rude people (who personally I don't consider fans since they leave a bad image) but it's the same for every fan community of every skater, it's obviously going to seem more because well Yuzuru has the biggest fan community by much I would say but as Yatagarasu say TSL is not worth talking about
