... and now my flight to Ottawa has been delayed. This is comical
-
Landed in Toronto, cleared customs, having a bite to eat while waiting for my next flight. Only one more flight and a cab ride to go!
-
Plane has arrived from T.O. to pick us up.
-
Two, and no coffee. I need my Timmie's. I'll wait until I get to Pearson.

Wow that sounds awful. It's a very wet and windy day here all across the city... been pouring since last night at JFK. I don't get this 'punishing' people bit. If the facility really truly doesn't want people queing early, then don't let them on the grounds ffs. Have security fences, lock them so queuers can't get in. Or else accomodate the queue. Don't treat people like dirt just because they're being enthusiastic fans. Also, every single GA ticket is VIP, that was how they were sold. 'Randomly' picking people to get VIP means they're cheating people who paid for VIP out of it. Society has gotten savage. Jesus Mary and Joseph. I hope your friends don't let it spoil the show for them. Still in NY. Still an hour to go before boarding. And I need a nap. Easier to get wine in this terminal than it is to get coffee. Also, all this could be avoided if queue numbers were assigned to the tickets as they were purchased. Let people in in ticket purchase order, since that actually IS random and everyone has an equal chance. Edited to add: the bit about them denying ADA accommodation is an infringement of federal law - a literal crime. The ARMY that happened to should report it because Prudential Center will be charged for that.

There were unicorns as well as ARMY in attendance at the show.... https://twitter.com/seesawtrash_/status/1652075906356203523?s=19

Flight delayed again. Now departing NYC at 5:15 pm. Original schedule was 1:35 pm. At this rate, I should have bought a ticket for Yoongi's show at the Prudential Center tonight. Currently wading into an overpriced Malbec at the airport bar
-
Wow
-
Holy cannoli, NYC doesn’t want me to leave. My flight out has already been delayed 3 times and my connection in Toronto rebooked twice. But there's an ANA flight leaving from the next gate, to Tokyo. You never know, maybe I'll see Yuzu 🤪

That. First of all, it's not a contest, second of all, BTS went with the full blassings of the SK government presumably, and third, Yoon is one to talk - he apparently never served his enlistment (? Still need to verify this info) What a POS. BTS are far better and more influential human beings than that guy will ever be
-
Ugh...not gonna repost the link but anybody see what that SK government guy said about BTS to Congress? What a 🤡.
-
NME was at the show last night and explained the stage far better than I could.
-
Perhaps not, but that stage would fool anybody into believing that he is.
-
I took some pictures... will upload after I get home tomorrow. The danger was less from the stage and more from how close he got to the pyrotechnics. By the end, balls of flame are blasting about 6 feet from his head. They must have an incredible insurance company to let them do that. Also, the stage gets smaller and smaller as the concert progresses, and there's not much to mark/protect the edges. One step too far and Yoongi would plummet about 8 feet to the concrete. It's really a stage for an adrenaline junkie. I didn't think he was one, but I could totally see this kind of stage belonging to a BASE-jumping, motorcycle-racing daredevil. So maybe JK was the one who came up with it, who knows. About venue size: i'm thinking, after seeing the show, that Yoongi deliberately choose the smaller venues for the impact his performance would have on the crowd. For the people who fought their way to barricade, he would have been practically in their laps
-
So, to sum up, Yoongi's show was Worth. Every. Penny. 100/10, would gladly do over and over again. Also, now I understand why Namjoon told Yoongi not to hurt himself with this concert tour. That stage made me anxious for his safety.

We are IN! And you will not believe how good our seats are! And no, I am not saying that to brag... we are totally surprised! And the wifi here is crap so I will take pictures and post later
-
That still doesn't explain skipping Europe Just about to pull back from the gate in T.O. @Old Cat Lady is already landed at JFK. And all I could wish for, is that we all could go together
-
Yes! ....why don't we have an Ina Bauer emoji?
-
Doesn't it look AMAZING?! He was made for the stage!
-
Just dropping in to say how much it does my heart good to see Yuzu back at TCC - and leading stroking classes for the young 'uns! Makes me feel like the world is finally getting back to normal, even if slowly.
-
JK wrote "Yoongi Marry Me!" - 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

Speaking of Roman, ( I hope this Insta reel of his shows up properly) ... who did it better? https://instagram.com/stories/roman_sadovsky/3089538889430295177?utm_source=ig_story_item_share&igshid=MDJmNzVkMjY=

I think I already know the answer to this one, but, while we're here, is anyone interested in seeing TXT on May 9? (same venue Yoongi's playing tomorrow and Thursday)? I am still trying to sell my tickets.
-
Yoongi's made choreo for his new solo songs too, It should be fun! If he sticks to the BTS concert format, he'll probably open with a banger. I think it makes sense to start with something from his first mixtape. So my vote is for good ol' Tongue Technology - Agust D, the song As for a BTS song, I think he'll do more than one. Probably 'Ugh' and 'Telepathy', maybe 'Seesaw' Also, welcome to our fanyu ARMY forum!
