Oh yes, the snowglobe is clearly one of the higher end items (I am also considering a couple of the less expensive ones) and it's also glass which makes for fragile posting, so for overseas it needs careful thinking. I imagine they also did domestic marketing research before setting the price: also, from the website the July orders are filled as the shipping date has moved back to mid-late August (in one day? Yuzuconomy indeed...) so it will be an even later birthday present... There are also a couple of other things I am thinking about and yes, I know I am lucky to be able to.

If it helps to inspire you, when I joined I couldn't tell a spin from a twizzle and most of the skaters were a blur (quite a few still are) but I managed by variations of "I love this costume/program/moment/anything about Yuzuru" (a topic which never ever ever gets old) Or of you see a great tweet, post it (you only need paste in the address)

Looks like a high-quality souvenir item, they are always pricey (I have bought some expensive ones when travelling and love them dearly). I have to set up tenso before I can order it, but I am probably going to take the risk (glass is a risk in overseas postage, but it will be very carefully packaged) as my birthday present to me.

I understand the technical collywobbles (I have them too) and I hope the video section will be open for you both soon! We are lucky that Planet Hanyu has such a wonderful collection and has preserved so many priceless Yuzu performances, most skaters have smaller or no archives and what people aren't able to save for themselves are at risk from the ISU blocks and youtube's yanking)

I'm sure one of the mods will be able to help you understand how it all works, but since you are able to post this, it means you're already a member (one of the attempts went through maybe?), and there's a post on the general chat thread https://planethanyu.com/topic/1145-general-yuzuru-chat/page/7798/#comment-554364 that says the videos will be open again soon. He is so easy to love, isn't he?

I think with GIFT and Prologue, people all over the world were frantic to get access and see Yuzu, and therefore the places that did have store videos of all types were highlighted more than usual. And with the ISU deciding pay-per-view and paywalls are their future... well, it is wise to be more cautious with access.
