So many junior and senior skaters look up to Yuzuru as "the ideal skater"! I totally understand why they are thrilled about getting a selfie with a living legend of men's singles fs. In fact World 2019 Saitama... looked as if every participating skater was angling for a selfie... WC 2019 dinner was a Yuzu fan club meet and greet with photo ops with the great man included. 😂.

Moulin Rouge is one of my favourite movies of all time...I loved the music, the pathos, and the overall campiness of it all! Yes, Ewan Macgregor and Nicole Kidman did their own vocals.

you mean Sting...he writes his music and lyrics and has even acted ...in Dune...where he played a villain and he is a philanthropist Sting doesn't have a universally acknowledged beautiful voice like Nat King Cole, Elvis, Andrea Bocelli, Pavarotti, or Freddie Mercury but his voice is definitely not unpleasant

haha....some singers are unique...have a unique style ...unique voice...or have something meaningful to sing about...or are incredible musicians There are all types of genres of music and musicians... then there is autotune

you know....Rod Stewart and Bob Dylan do not have 'traditionally beautiful voices' Rod gets away with it because he is rockpop...and his gravelly voice kinda fits..Bob, well he is a great lyricist and has some very astute comments on life and our society

can I defend the singing? The sound system has a lot of impact on sound as well as the room itself which affects acoustics..And of course the quality of the recording. Going back to the source: have to have a great voice...I think Yuzu probably has your average singing voice but I can't tell from the 'tinny' quality of the recorded singing in the video.

haha....I totally agree!! If I got that look from my son.....he may be cooking his own meals too! I should be honest too, and reveal that I rarely ever cook...and if I do, my sons know better than to sample

I love Yuzu...but being his Mom must be really hard...he eats every meal at home, all his energy is invested in skating...so Mom does all the day to day tasks. Lol with the gloves at ACI...she likely packs his bags for him too? She is SuperMom!!

I was thinking of adding but didn’t.....that only Antarctic and Australia do not figure greatly in number.....imo , my interpretation would be ...low population numbers in Antarctica and internet is probably more govt research facility based, not for personal use. Now, Australia: probably not a winter sport fanbase and there are barriers to travel to isu events. I know Sparklesalad is one of our yuzu Aussi fans but it takes effort . Your data and stats help us understand yuzu’s fanbase better...beauty and talent has no boundaries

Henni147....that is an amazing fan video!! And you just threw that together?!! I am a fan of Freddie's talent...he had one of the best voices in pop history...several octave range, performance, charisma and talent in spades. If anyone likes vinyl, I recommend buying the original UK editions as the dynamics on the UK vinyl are way better than the US editions

That's because Yuzu's beautiful skating is more than the sum of its parts/jumps. Unfortunately he feels he needs jumps to contend with the jumping beans.

I am in denial. I have bought so much Under Armour clothing for my family( the winter clothing is pretty good stuff)...my husband frowns when he sees Under Armour courier. Of course, when I gave my older son the white UA golfing pants I had originally planned to give him, he wanted one too!! Too late, that model was all sold out! My sons are appreciative of the UA gear I bought them. I have some magazines, Yuzu's bios, Sekkisei BB cream(regular, and extra moisturizing), Phiten necklaces, bands for family and self, Sarah Alaiin CDs and of course this season I am attending ACI , Skate Canada, and World 2020. Apart from my hifi gear: Yuzu is my most recent moneypit

I would enjoy watching Plushy and Jeff Buttle skate live.
