The Chinese wordings is actually "the Yuzu everyone is waiting for is finally coming" and the news report is about him likely to arrive on Feb 6. So not in Beijing yet. (although he might if the rumoured flight is supposed to land now...?)

I just happened to check Weibo then realised it's out online so went to get one. This time round they have air shipment option! Yes! Opted for the express air shipment but not sure how fast it will arrive. Citizen's Chinese description of the color is actually rose gold. Rose gold can be very pinkish depending on whether manufacturer add more copper. I recall a staff at Tiffany & Co's proudly said their rose gold is not very pink cos they do not add much copper which means you kind of getting more gold in value. Most of my rose gold ain't very pink but it's more obvious when you compare them to the yellow gold counterpart.

I am impressed by how the number of stokes in the 3rd kanji character can be squeezed into that tiny waist. Well.. that too :p

Not sure about Amex) is acceptable. Agree it is quite dangerous. I always place order with the assumption I will lose it but so far they arrived safely. The first time I got a shock when I saw my watch case empty and thought someone stole it but then I realised the watch was separately packed in a bubble wrap (I thought the bubble wrap was just to stuff the box to prevent the content from moving). I'm staying about 5hrs flight time away from China and it took almost a month to receive by ship. I don't recall if the shipment is covered by insurance so it's a risk alright.

Oh now I understand why Tianmao always ship the watches by sea and there is no option by air. For international fans who want to try to get the watch, another option is to wait for Citizen to sell it via their official site on Tianmao. They did that for the last 2 watches. Yesterday sales were 127 pieces and looking at the serial numbers, there should be 1994 watches in total. Some will be available in store in China and some are likely to be listed on their Tianmao store. The problem with purchase via Tianmao is that they only do sea shipment (at least that's my past 2 experiences) and depending on where you live, it's gonna take ages. Oh another hurdle is you need to know Chinese to navigate the site.....

I listened to both the youtube clips posted above for the music. Generally prefer violin but I can see how the piano fit well for Yuzu and I quite like it too. There are some parts that gives a sense of tranquility as I imagine Yuzu's skating to just one instrument playing at the background. Though the piano version I watched has 2 pianos, not sure how Shinya-san will arrange it for 1 piano. To think that we could be seeing the new SP this week..... I was so ready to pack up and rush home early to watch the SP but alas... Hope Yuzu is recovering well.

Just checked twitter and....WHAT??!! My heart was thumping at the news that he wanted to try 4A in NHK and now my heart just dropped straight down. Did he push himself with the jump practice? Arrgghh. Why he always have to experience such thing?!
