Can I just say, Plushenko didn't answer TWO of the three questions he was asked directly. Not the one about how he handled the bashing during Plushenko vs Yagudin drama, nor the one about who was his hero as he started skating. Instead he focused on Yuzu and gushed about him, thus making him forget what was the question in the first place, probably Yuzu in the end: "he said what I wanted to hear the most" Maybe Yuzu has him as a role model in that aspect as well, when it comes to dodging the questions

So he is probably staying in Japan at least until 7th I guess? Since he is still in the middle of rehabilitation process...

I agree. And then there's also the issue of charisma and musicality, this is something very difficult to learn... I know it's a matter of personal preference, but I really don't see anyone from the current youngsters having the type of determination and charisma that Yuzu had when he was ~17. (I do like Deniss' sense for performance, but then, he has no quads ) Can't wait till we get all that new mess explained on their Power Points with black background and yellow writing

oh, so that's why I'm suddenly getting all these notifications on this tweet I thought maybe it'll be like in Pyeongchang where there were several torch bearers (is it like this everywhere?) but only one final, Yuna. This is going to be completely and I apologize, but I was searching around twitter a bit and happened to find a few old tweets about Sochi Olympics village and how Yuzu was supposed to share a room with Machida, but after a few days Machida apparently moved out to room with Daisuke and Yuzuru moved out of the Olympics village, they say he stayed with the officials. I'm only reiterating what was said in some old twitter threads, not sure how legit it is, so I'm curious if anyone knows more about this?
