If it wasn't for Yuzu, I never would have realized how precious and rare live performances of any kind really are.

Without Yuzuru I wouldn't have interested in figure skating and I wouldn't have learned to recognize jumps, steps and spins like I do now.

If it wasn't for Yuzu I wouldn't have learned all the fs tech stuff. I wanted to find out what people meant when they said, he is one of a kind. Now I have to live with this knowledge, crying over fake scoring...

Without Yuzu, I would have never gotten into anime!
I’m Japanese but I was raised in the UK, so I thought (and was told) that anime was for “otaku”.

Hearing Yuzu talk about anime and how it (and its music lol) gives him motivation helped me look beyond the stereotype!

I felt the beauty of figure skating thanks to Yuzu, and honestly, I was not interested in sports, so I watched Yuzu in the Olympic video last year and looked for other videos, and Yuzu was the coolest

If it was not for Yuzu, I would not have become aware of the beauty of figure skating. Before Yuzu, I only watched fs occasionally and was more focused on the jumps, because they were the most anticipated parts. But now, whenever I watch Yuzu skating, I appreciate the whole performance, from start to finish. And even before and after that.

If it wasn't for Yuzuru, I would have fallen in love with figure skating. Yuzuru inspired me to start skating myself. Because of Yuzu I have also learned a lot about Japanese culture and started learning Japanese. I've also discovered a lot of great music because of Yuzu.
