  1. There's only one jump placement that I can't fit in with the music yet, because I actually can't hear it very well, and it's the 4T+1l+3S. It's after the 4S3T at the beginning of the second half. The only musical piece that comes to mind that's silent for the longest time, is right before the drums begin the crescendo towards the choreo sequence, where in Seimei 1.0 there was no jumping, but instead a sort of pause for breath. If that were the case, then he jumps 4S3T, goes to the other end of the rink, some steps I guess, then 4T+1+3S, then again taking speed for that 4T, and then bam, two 3A's, one in combination, one after the other. Thinking about it like this now, it comes to mind the image of a real 'fight' Seimei would be doing against evil spirits, and after that the breathtaking choreo. It does seem like a sort of small space for 5 jumps (and WHAT jumps!) though. Something that would require extra stamina. I believe if he can pull it off, it will really be something magical and unique to witness. Usually, even in the greatest programs ever skated, you kinda feel when a jump has to be there, or when a jump is coming. That takes away the magic of the story. I think Yuzuru is the only skater who can pull off a program in which the jumps have a reason inside the story that is being skated. This way, the magic is never interrupted. This is how you set world records, the Hanyu way.
  2. THOOOOOOSE JUUUUUUUUUUMPS His body looks so strong and focused, right at the beginning of Seimei... there's no single movement that's useless, no single breath taken too early or too late. He's just in control. The beginning of the step sequence is also so more sharp. I want to see all the little changes, Chopin style, that he made to all the different moments. I tried sleeping for a couple of hours... it didn't go quite as planned, LOL. So I thought I'd come here and fill in on new pages so that if I eventually fell asleep later I'd have less to read BRING IT ONNNN YUZUUUUUUUUUU
  3. Okay my friends, it is time for me to try and get a bit of sleep. I'm not sure how much I'll be successfull, with all this excitement. But I am pleased. May the Onmyouji bless you all.
  4. That's why he did stamina training, right? And even before, he did it at WTT, improvising on the spot... he clearly stated that those second half quads felt like first half to him, so we KNOW he can do it! It's gonna be legendary, it's gonna be hard, it's probably not gonna be clean right from the start, but it's gonna turn into a beast of a program.
  5. Also, the blades cover are really important, because if the colors are any indication, Chopin is representing blue, so Seimei... must... be... RED!
  6. That knee bend... you can see how stable his 4T really is...
  7. DON'T MAKE ME CRY And the voices could be heard for miles and miles and miles... until a sound of flute and drums overcame them.
  8. Am I a... phenomenon being observed from afar?
  9. What can I say, Yuzuru inspires me like a Juliet inspires her Romeo: every other moon becomes pale and dull and nothing hurts
  10. KNOW WHEN TO GIVE UP. Now's a good time as any I believe this interviews today and tomorrow will help Yuzuru do just that. His "Beyond the ideal" vision should be very clear by now. Everyone is always talking about raising the bar, in sports. But Yuzuru is the only one who could do it so literally. Also, he's always had these expectations on his shoulders, so it shouldn't be news for him. But for the others? Going up against that kind of quality? It's gonna be nerve wracking. He's always had to fight the himself of the past. Now, he's making others fight it too. He's extending the challenge to everybody else. He's challenging everyone to try and beat the current world record, NOW IMPROVED. Just thinking about it gives me chills.
  11. Yes, I can see the conversation: (After Worlds 2017) Brian: So, Yuzu, have you given a thought about Olympic season's FS? We agreed on Chopin for the short, so what about- Yuzuru: I'm doing SEIMEI. Brian: Oh. Well, that's, that's an idea, yes. What else have you thought- Yuzuru: I'm- want to do SEIMEI. Brian: Hehe, okay. Okay. Any other music you like that we might- Yuzuru: SEIMEI Brian: OKAY. Okay. We're doing Seimei. I get it. I got it.
  12. How do I go to sleep now with all these endorphins just circulating in my bloodstream like crazy taxi drivers
  13. THIS LITTLE EVIL-
  14. Well, Seimei has a lot of different costumes in the movies, but they're all super light and with a white base more or less... I guess we'll have to count on his EX to bring us some dark groove on.
  15. I'm just staying for page 900 now
  16. Also, care to notice that that 3A+2T Rippon is a spread eagle sandwich... the exit spread eagle is short, but it does count, right?! Just spreading spread eagles around the program, that's all
  17. Oh, NOW I get it... so the 'Lutz' is the 'MORE' the press didn't want to disclose... I LIKE IT. I LIKE IT. EVERYTHING IS PERFECT. ALL MY SUFFERINGS TODAY WERE AMENDED.
  18. We're all a big lump of solidified tears right now I think!!! My guess is even Max Ambesi shed a smol tear!
  19. So wait, with those combo in mind, he doesn't need to add the Lutz, right? he can do more or less the Hope and Legacy improvised WTT layout. If Max says "Maybe, Lutz"... mmmh... what does a maybe from Max mean? He said "maybe Seimei" two months ago...
  20. Honestly... name me a skater that would have the courage to take two programs skated to PERFECTION that made the CURRENT WORLD RECORD, and say: I will do better. I feel so emotional... I am so happy... I believe in him... thank you, Yuzu, for being the human being that you are.
  21. AND THIS MOVE IS SO MUCH LIKE YUZURU I'M ACTUALLY CRYING A LITTLE
  22. I can't quite figure out how at this time and with my state of mind, but I trust you and so I am EVEN MORE EXCITED OHMYGOD
  23. I AM GONNA SEE SEIMEI LIVE AT MILANO. OH MY GOD. CHOPIN AND SEIMEI. CHOPIN AND SEIMEI. I AM SHAKING RN.
  24. That or a combination with the Loop. Or two combinations with the Toeloop and one combination with the Salchow. Nope, sorry, Go the Chinese-Japanese board game HOW COULD WE EVER DOUBT HIM
