Hmm, not gonna lie. I’m really excited for Tae’s album, I really really am. But I’m also worried because I don’t like New Jeans’ music it all. It sounds so boring and bland that I’m scared Tae’s will have similar vibes🫣🫣 I’ve read some articles about that producer and she sounds like a control freak.

I wish they would start employing live moderators who go through comments, filter them through and release them on the chat. I bet that would improve idols' mental health so much.

Ugh, tell me about it. Last week has been hectic for us. I think a break from all the influx of information and trying to stay updated was much needed. But now we are pressured into casting all these votes for awards and shows and I can’t keep up with them We’ll get to know today whether Seven has made it on Billboard or not.

It was definitely difficult to access: I was pretty upset during the morning. I know it was our decision to make that drive without any guarantees but I feel like the ticket allocation was handled horribly. They handed out more than what they were planning on letting in just because they were trying to account for no-shows. This meant that everyone who got a ticket (let's say 500 people) would have to show up and hope to get in, it was still first come first serve. Additionally, they kept everyone living outside of London on their toes until noon to finally announce that all tickets had been allocated even though the winners got their invitation between 2 am and 4 am and from what it looks like they prioritised people with address in London The least they could have done was to email everyone that didn't get one so that at least we could have stopped wondering. The Korean BBQ we went to is called Olle and googling it, Jimin and JK were there in 2019. Not sure about Jin.

Unfortunately we didn't get tickets. And they asked the ones who did to not disclose the location either so no one apart from ticket holders knew where the performance was going to take place. We had no chance to even try to take a sneak peak in the area. so we ended up just having lunch at a Korean restaurant since we were close to Chinatown in Soho anyway and the head back home. We saw that in fact Jin, Jimin and JK went there to have a meal because there were framed autographs by the entrance so that was a nice surprise. Got home just in time to watch the performance on TV. The One Show is pretty big in the UK so ARMYs here were expecting an increase in interest. And guess what. We got it 4am KST is around 8pm UK time which is when the show ended. Looking at the performance on TV, I immediately recognised the tall building on the other side of the river. They were on a helipad, in a very residential area (which means people could watch the performance form their balcony). And to top it off, it's about 20 min walking distance from where I used to work in Isle of Dogs I was dead by 11pm after having woken up at 3am so went to sleep -- at least attempted to, until JK came on live and my phone pinged very loudly on my night table. He's really coming out of his shell, isn't he? I love to see him like this. So candid, unapologetic and free.

We entered the lottery for the tickets at The One Show tomorrow where JK is going to perform. We haven’t heard anything yet from the organiser and UK ARMY are in the dark too. But we decided that even if we don’t hear back from them by 3 am we’re still going to drive down to London because as soon as they announce the venue where JK will perform which is outside of the BBC studios, people will flock there and queue. Even if we have an allocated ticket, they are over-issuing them in case of no shows so we will need to make sure to get there as soon as it’s announced. Wish us luck!! I can’t believe I’m doing this.

Am listening to BBC’s Live Lounge and I got really emotional when he sang ‘Let there be live’ 😭 It was a beautiful rendition, he made it so intimate.

Oh, you didn’t. Sorry if I came across like it was the case. I know we can all just speculate in the end because none of us knows what goes on behind the scenes but it’s these speculations that start arguments among ARMY and that’s really the last thing I want to see. It’s just the insinuations that HYBE has their favourite child and that they don’t care enough about the other one to go through the same effort reminds me of the class nerd being bullied for having good grades 🤣 Re: radios Ugh, I don’t wanna see what will happen. They probably will get us all hyped up only to play the song on the first day. But on the other hand, I want radio’s power over the success of a release to be gone, make it irrelevant, disconnect it entirely. What happened to the good old days where they earned their money by running ads?

I think a lot of people fail to see the bigger picture. Jimin and Yoongi got Jimmy Fallon vs JK getting Good morning America Yoongi got a whole tour to promote his album so posters were technically not needed here. While Jimin got his performances on Korean idol shows and Jimmy Fallon, will JK get anything apart from his live performance in GMA? I guess we’ll see. Just because there were no 20 posters around major cities worldwide for Jimin and Yoongi doesn’t mean that they’re putting in a lot more effort for JK. This single was done with Geffen Records and Scooter Braun was involved in it so obviously he will go through the effort of mentioning the single on the internet. As far as I’m concerned, he’s never been involved in any release from BTS as a group so why should he promote them? 🤷🏻‍♀️ The decision to involve one of HYBE’s US based labels in this was obviously strategic, and JK might simply have different goals than Jimin, Yoongi, Hobi and RM when it comes to taking his solo projects internationally. Note that I said JK and not HYBE. The constant comparison triggers me because it’s always spiked by solo stans which clouds ARMYs minds and all these accusations are being thrown left and right.
