During his competitive career, he showed us what he can do on the ice within the tight confines of competitions. Now that Yuzu is free, he has started to unleash his full potential. Yay! Congrats, Yuzu! His popularity and star power is ever growing! This is a great achievement! This means Yuzu has managed to unlock the gigantic Chinese market. He has been very popular in China for years. But now Chinese Fanyus finally have an easy access to his shows. Now I'm hoping and waiting for a live stream in the rest of the world.

I think you made a couple of good points. Simply from a business perspective, supporting Yuzu as the greatest star of figure skating by far should've been a no-brainer. But instead they low-balled and tried to push him out as much as they could starting 2018. It's only due to Yuzu's sheer love for the sport and competitions that he gave them four more years of full arenas and great popularity and abundant flow of money into their pockets. Imagine someone having a goose that lays golden eggs fly into their house and just chasing it away. Unbelievable...

This runs in the same vein. Gone are the days when Yuzu filled huge arenas during figure skating competitions. Back then, trying to get a ticket to a competition with Yuzu was a blood bath. The atmosphere was electric, the excitement palpable. Nowadays, the venues are much smaller and even those are half empty. By underscoring and mistreating Yuzu and thus driving him out of competitions, the ISU also drove out the majority of those money-paying, ticket-buying fans. I have to admit I miss the excitement and thrill of competitions, but I absolutely do not miss the heartache and disappointment of unfair scoring. Like Yuzu, we have moved on to greener, brighter, more loving, more positive pastures.
