    First of all I think that we all want to deliver the same message to him: that we love him, trust him and we will support him no matter what. You may see that this gift is showing uncertainty towards him, but I honestly think it’s how we present and design it that channels its message. Second I think the interview you mentioned is during the small medal ceremony. He has since then taken some additional interviews, all of which went deeper into his psychological state. There are rough translations of Iron Klaus on Twitter that you can check out. It’s 3 am guys would love to stay and dicuss but I’m having a test tomorrow and I need to get some sleep~ Pls get on with this exciting project!

    @LadyLou He loves gold medals. We know. He knows. He says it out into the blue skies for everyone to know. How can it be we’re implying anything negative just by handling him a symbol of undefeated love and trust??

    Idk if you’ve read the latest interview about him holding his body together and don’t know how far he’ll be able to push himself, but from what I’ve heard it’s pretty hard for him atm.

    Really?? I don’t see the big deal abt it though like family members also do it XD It’s just a star on the sky that you most likely can’t even distinct. But ok so the medal is set?

    But of course, fans have been doing it since 2012 XD There are billions of stars on the sky, you just have to choose one and register it. Usually ppl pick a star that has some link to the person, may its quadrant is same as the birthday, or it lays on a special path or zodiac stars etc. It’s been a long time I forgot those stuff, but even normal ppl gift it to their loved ones iirc.

    Plus I think with the gift as a medal, we can raise fund easily even outside the Planet, like most times we do projects that invited many fans. And oh, we can include a pretty popular gift too: Name a star after him and send him its destination.

    1. You guys are reading too much into it. When you receive a gift from a whole community, you’ll naturally use things that links you and them to explain the gift. The link between us and Yuzu is his skating career, so he knows where to refer. So no matter what we are designing, necklaces or earphones, he knows we’re basing it on our connection to him, and he won’t oversee it into something else. 2. Yes I do think a medal is the easiest option, a quite direct gift and message that doesn’t have to be molded into context.

    But if we have Japanese fans, the store he goes to has made customs for him before right? So abt the necklace, what is the theme then, I was thinking of a satellite along with the description explaining the name, but then again it doesn’t seem to be the official fandom name...

    But for us to come together for a fund wouldn’t an earphone case be a bit smaller than proportion??? Again asking as someone with zero knowledge. How much do they cost?

    So now we have to set on the ideas. Tbh I’m torn bw earphones and the medal. Earphones is classy and he loves them, he can use them but it’s also expensive and risky. Medal is easier to tackle but not as close and friendly?

    Since I’m not an earphone collector and knows nothing about bands, if he already has one, is it ok to buy another? I think we should call for help from some sound professional fanyus. After all it’s a gift from global fans, I think it’s ok to be a bit costly :))

    Then it’s back to words and all isn’t it?? Which is great too don’t get me wrong, but we have done and can always do projects like that. But I’m still hoping for something that he can touch, hold and gaze at, something simple that he doesn’t have to read into so much to feel the presence of our support vividly. Ok last post!     It’s not a compensation medal, it’s a medal all on it’s own that shows how he is the champion of our hearts. It’s true we should select something to represent our love and support, but atm I can only think of a specialized gold medal as the most suited symbol. Would love to hear other ideas :)))

    Silver is a big no the boy is close to allergic to silver He just said it’s like “you struck a knife in my heart and twist it”. Ouch. And I agree with @raebia it shouldn’t involve Olympics 2022 or any other commitments there. It should be our special gift dedicated only to him alone.

    I would be so happy if we, the fans are able to give him a gold medal of our own, heavier than any gold medal there is...

    I have seen some fandoms come together and made a trophy out of real gold to make it up for their artist in a similar situation to Yuzu. I’d love if we can also do something collective and symbolic like that too.

    It’s late but I still want to wish you a happy birthday In the middle of this hard time for fanyus, I hope we can give each other strength, and I wish you the best of health and mind. It’s incredible we have this connection, though small, but all thanks to a brilliant out of this world skater. We have moments that share the same feelings and thoughts, and with that I feel like I know you more. Thoughts are a bit mingled by emotions right now so I don’t know if I made sense hahaha. But in conclusion, have a very happy birthday
