PCSs of Shun and Yuma (especially Shun) are being severely lowballed... (Especially when you compared those with Sena's PCS...)

She was neither top 3 in last nationals nor being assigned to Nebelhorn Trophy / Finlandia Trophy [i.e. events held before or after 1 week when the regional starts] So she needs to compete at regionals...

Actually a 4th place finish is quite impressive for Yuma's JGP debut. And I think those who ranked 1-4 in their first events can get another one (automatically). That's based on a JGP selection event held in June/July...

This was an easy decision for JSF. (Poor Shun who ends up with no JGP assignments...) -
Her diet is now regularly monitored by a dietitian (since season 2017-18) To be frank, it is better than what she did before. I remember she mentioned in an interview held in 2016 or 2017 that she didn't eat rice during her dinner at that time.
