Yeah, I think many viewer find 4lz is more approachable to skaters ( not the best technic is needed to approve) than 4lo, 4f. About 4a point reduction, I guess judges and ISU don't want to promote this jump. Since it's hard to judge and cause potential injuries.. I don't think his lay outs are easy content. (* he only clean 4 quad lay out once cough cough*) and I still believe clean yuzu can beat everyone. But consistency is a key. I also really want 4a will be his signature thing!

I personally think 4a has been his old dream since his mushroom childhood. Not to win ot not to make a new world score... Just absoulte dream..first ever landing in history itself...Diffrerent with 4lz or 4lo.. He thought other types of quads to win olympics or to be competitive with top guys. 4a isn't necessary to win gpf,national and worlds. Even too risky for injury and not enough point worthy. I'm so realistic person...so I can't imagine perfect and consistent 4a in beautiful clean program right now. But I'm almost sure his main goal is 4a landing other than winning competition. We actually don't understand how big his desire is. I personally think the reason he keeps comptition is mainly 4a...

Seriously, this season feels weird to me.. Last season, I was so focused every competition, tes, pcs, bv, consistency, SB, PB etc.. But this season, I feel some emotional distance about competition. maybe too long time since serious competition and post Olympic emptiness. the biggest difference is maybe yuzu's attitude about competition. Still, I have really unfamiliar feeling that he rarely show his eagerness to win. ("絶対勝ちたい") of course, word record, too. I always have thought his willing to win a.k.a competitive spirit is his biggest weapon. At the same time, I totally understand his feeling. though. others (chen, uno, boyang and other young guns to 2020 Olys game) are new start stance for another 4 years. they experiment their ability in new scoring system . And they will have to upgrade their technical bv (more various quads, success rate)+ pcs. but yuzuru... his motivation 4A and his tribute to his idol skaters. Through various interviews, I think yuzu knows this skating world much like no one else. Maybe he predicts young skaters will surpass him with high bv . If not, he realize he always can't win..umm I don't know . maybe too many thinks. I really hope his calm mind set leads good performances and no -regret season for fanyu. I always think "You have to accept that you can't have everything." myself. Anyway can't wait for ACI! I 'm curious about his sp which was revealed 5 seconds... I almost imagine first pancake though

I have thought some weird or unfamilier feeling since media day. I noticed there were no interview of Orser... only some praise during practice I know this season is post Olympic season, but I want to listen his opinion of this season's vision or programs.. maybe in near future, there will be magazine interview? Jeff and Shae's interview, too! Obviously I saw Jeff at tcc rink.

Lol, he did sp practice,too.. Japan media.. they are so patient and closed... I can't wait that show..but not too much expectation they'll show full version. actually I find Otonal very Russian feeling more than Origin. even some note reminds of Etri girl's music. two serious theme from yuzu, this season. Hope these two programs make good comparison!

he didn't skate sp? I really want to see sp in motion too. as a lurker, this season I really don't have too high or low expectation about music. I have been thought that this season is bonus, whatever he choose, I can accept. since morning, I have some mixed feeling. maybe I imagine viewers or fs fans's future comparison bla bla.. but I deeply understand his choice and appreciate it. I want to see full version, but JPN broadcasting ... typically. so short and limited.

I am a yuzuru fan and casual viewer of this sport. Even now I think I'm inactive fan who is only interested Men single. Sometimes, I go to forum and observe other skater things and topics. But regarding yuzuru, everything daily check haha. As a view of an observer, this sport viewer always complain about rules, judge , unfairness, ISU...etc and keep worring this sport's future prospect and popularity. I've never seen other sports fan debating so many things. In our sports, star power is very important for selling tickets and gathering focus. To be a star in figure skating, need looks, personality, talents, rivalry, success and dramas. Of course, many past star skaters, yuzuru and there will be manystars in the futures. But only stars can't represent the whole skating world. At first, I think my skater is really special and don't understand who don't like my skater. But through years, I think every skater has devoted fan and nobody has right to impose one's taste. Anyway, I disliked these comments on youtube. " Figure skating is dead. I won't watch figure skating ever because my favorite skater retired." yes, it's their right but look not good especially on other skater's video. Instead of nasty comments, " there will be no one like you" this way is better. Anyway, Figure skating is attractive sport. good looking people, pretty costumes, various music and drama. And human have infinite of potentials for both artistic and technical aspects. I think yuzuru will go down in history with all his success and influence. so proud of that. But sometimes I'm afraid when I imagine future things that he will retire, his record will be broken. if another dominant skater appear with all quads. maybe some jealous, dejected or relived feelings. But, in the future I think yuzuru will stick to skating no matter what. so I think I will continue watching skate. maybe more ice show routine than competitions. Honestly, if not skating, I'm afraid we wont't know yuzuru news frequently. so I get my heart ready post yuzuru era myself. not worry about figure skating world at all , especially JPN, RUS. They are more than depending few star skaters. So this season is very cherish to yuzuru fans, I hope yuzuru can do everything he wants. no regret no kuyashii please!!

And I know this nation's approach or atmosphere for figure skating.. so nationalistic and aggressive.. esp for JPN, RUS contenter skaters..Also DAUM site is famous for being sucks..of figure skating articles , prejudiced political view and incomptable whose fan users.. Yuzuru is the most well known Japanese skater this olympic to Korean public since Mao, and Media used him for both good and bad attentions.. I really disliked how to korea media deal with yuzuru.. focusing marketing boost for OLY'S attention ex. ticket sales Imagine If he is lady skater or Cha is main contenter for podium..the whole nightmare may happen..( * Cha's youtube comments already : he's better than hanyu in Korean..) And I know Most of Koreans are Yuna fan. 80% of Korean people think she's a figureskating godness and don't even know her trade mark jumps. they only see figureskating once during four years. Korean publics only know triple axel (media's effect since due to mao rivalary) haha. And I guess there are two kinds of yuna fans. First, who are her devoted her fan, at the same time figureskating fan respecting other skaters regardless of nationality. Other kind of fans are just reckless of many things.. I know yuzu's Korean fan site had only one rule which is not allowed to post yuna related post,comment... for preventing misunerstanding and fan wars. so I think it's ok unless yuzuru knows Korean and reads Korean news comments. Now we should focus not media, hater comments, rival but his adjustment and journey. So I recommend that you don't go that site and don't feel irritated. I have a plan that I won't find any Korean news during olys lol for my poor heart. And request for not using tendentious wording on this site.. please, let this place peaceful at least. sorry for my English.
