Roman, can't help but love that reply :tumblr_inline_mfy936EPNF1qid2nw:

That awkward moment (plus the one on the podium LOL) was one of the best moments of ACI (form audience perspective) :tumblr_inline_nhkezsTB3v1qid2nw:

I'll try to watch more of his vlogs when I have time, I like his 'style', witty and very honest. And he has a whole studio in there whoa

also, he is a Sal lover:img_21: but when he said "make the season a little longer"...:tumblr_m7etfqA8wS1qb1380:

ACI always gives us fond memories yeah despite the early season, messed spins and burning kuyashii

The medal ceremony at ACI was really fun, it brings back the memories <3  I think Roman was just really distracted by all the photographers, cameras and maybe by the fact the the two-time Olympic champion was standing next to him so he simply didn't notice what Yuzu wanted  But I'm laughing how he explained it, he's funny :68468287:

Btw, I came across one of his videos and sorry for being OT but he talked a bit about 4A too and it's really good:

    Spoiler

  2. Trusova's PCS at the senior nationals was 65, and today she got almost 72. With a 67-68 PCS she'd have got the silver and Alena the gold. I just hope there'll be fair scoring at Junior Worlds...

Eteri's girls have a big point difference, and all of them won a big event this year - there's no way they don't send them all because of "they can't all be from the same club" nonsense, right?

Only the Top 3 from J. Nats were selected for J Worlds in the past four years - the last time it didn't happen was because Radionova skipped J. Nats because of injury but then she was selected to J Worlds.

So probably they'll send the Top 3, and if it happens it'll be the first time that all three girls at J Worlds are from Eteri's team.

I don't think I've seen this girl before? She was really good.. and I have loved that music since Michelle Kwan used it over 20 years ago... just beautiful for skating.

She won the bronze medal at JGP Lithuania, which was her first international junior competition I think...

Her music choice for the free skate is really beautiful. :)

    Savosin and Erokhov over Artur at Worlds (probably) is a real tragedy, why that pop had to happen :( Aaagh, like really, I'd prefer almost everyone over those two, Mozalev or Kunitsa, but ARTUR ;;

Samsonov didn't have a real rival today and he could have even harder layout, did only one 3A and one quad... Also second young boy, Kutovoy, really won my heart today.

That less than 0.5 point behind Erokhov :banginghead: And I noticed that if Artur fails to do the first element, he often loses concentration after that, which happened today too. Probably he really wanted to land the 4S but he popped it and then fell apart a bit. It's such a pity...

I don't remember Sasha making a jump mistake in the SP ever... and with that ur combo at that... Possibly out of last group tomorrow? 10 points behind? O.O

She had advantage in the free but only if she hits those quads, it will be very interesting...

And yay Ksenia! One of my favourites for sure.

Yeah, the mistake was surprising, and it's very costly in the SP. She's out of the last group tomorrow. The free skate will be interesting.

Ksenia skated really well and I am happy for Nastya staying on the third place. :)

Tarakanova looked a bit different to me than a few weeks ago. Good she finally did a completely clean SP, combo first, good call.

Hasn't she grown a bit lately? She looks even taller than before. I think the new costume and different make-up also make her look older.

There were so many great skates already in the first group. The depth of the field is incredible:13877886:

    Interview with Brian Orser
    https://twitter.com/LaLigaSports/status/1091324400446697472

I: How's life in Toronto without Javi?
Brian: "We miss him, a lot. It was funny because the first day he came back I had to pick him up. We had to start skating at 8:25 and I would pick him up at 8:00. When I came to his place he was still sleeping. I started screaming: "Javi, wake up!". It was a fun way to start. We went to the ice and before he put his skates on, Tracy came. As soon as she saw him she burst into tears. And Tracy doesn't cry often. Everyone was very happy to see him, especially Yuzuru. He really missed Javi.
There was a summer day when we had a class and everybody was together in a group, except for Yuzu, who was standing alone, looking up. He was looking up at the Spanish flag. I walked towards him and I didn't realize that he was looking at the flag, I just saw him with his head up. And I saw that he had tears. I asked him: "Are you okay?". And he told me: "I really miss Javi". It was great, it was very beautiful, it's just that he missed having Javi there."

I: It seems crazy to have the two best skaters in the world training together...
Brian: It's unusual but it's worked. I have to say it's really worked for them, but I don't recommemd it for other elite athletes. Also, (Javi and Yuzu) have very different personalities, they couldn't be more different one from the other.

Woah, just watch Samsonov's SP. How old is he? So promising! A true Team Eteri boy, indeed, music, busy choreo, jumping technique, and everything else, but I love his spins and flow on the ice! He's very talented! :7562096:

He's 13, he was born in July 2005. He's really a promising talent, but he's still very young.

Petr is 2nd and Artur 3rd after SP :tumblr_inline_ncmif5EcBB1rpglid: I hope they make it.

Samsonov is a beast, I know this is a tiny boy and we don't know what will happen, but yeah he probably will be one of main contenders in coming years, in junior circuit.

Now the ladies bloodbath... I'm not sure I can watch all SP live but that will be THE competition...

I loved Artur's SP, even with the step-out from the 3F, it was a great performance. His 3A was big, beautiful and effortless. :tumblr_inline_n18qrbDQJn1qid2nw:

I liked Petr's disco csardas too, he skated well. Samsonov is great, his skating is very Tutberidze team-style. A liked his musicality. He's still very young and I am curious how he'll compete in the next coming years.
