  1. I was actually waiting for the antis to wake up. It was too quiet
  2. Ever heard of envy? But seriously, what can they do? They can't take anything away from him and they only put their own faves into bad light. Yuzuru is just too powerful
  3. So it's true, Eteri is starving the girls. I just watched Alena Kostornaia again, and when i look at her face [Admin: Don't speculate about skaters' health or weight, please!]. She has that same face as Yulia at Rostelecom 2016
  4. It's hard to make future predictions for a 13 yo.... growth spurt, injuries, bad luck, pressure and other, maybe personal, factors can change a lot of things. Figure skating will change in the next 4 years, maybe he won't "fit" anymore when he becomes a senior. We saw it many times, skaters who were promising as juniors, but failed when they became seniors
  5. Why not? People are going to remember him as much as other skaters, like Midori Ito, Yuna Kim, Tara Lipinski ect. He has a lot of "first times", the first man to score over 100/ 300, the first man who landed a 4loop, the first man who landed a 4A (ahem ), the first japanese to win a lot of things.... and his records are broken only by him so far. I think people will remember him as the last skater in the figure skating era who won olympics ect. (i'm saying "figure skating era" bc the "jumping era" is almost here ). People get the real recognition after they retire (or die), Yuzuru is still active, so don't expect his "legend status" to be accepted already now. And maybe he will become a coach, or politican or whatever and won't let anyone to forget him
  6. I think Yuzuru is nice to the young ones, bc in his time as the "new one", the seniors weren't that nice to him and he wants to make it better
  7. Why not? They can, I think Satoko is a good example Shoma is not that new "fresh" face anymore, judges are way more impressed with Nathan these days,
  8. I think there are going to be more good skaters from Sendai in the future. Maybe Yuzuru will teach some Sendai kids a good jumping technique
  9. The thing with Shoma is, he doesn't want it. In one of his interviews last week, he said he didn't feel anything special about the olympics or being at the olympics. And that was the moment when i knew. He just doesn't want it that much, that's why he is not winning things
  10. With the way Shoma is skating, i doubt he is going to surpass Yuzuru, not now and not when Yuzuru retires. Unless some politics play their game.... Shoma is already 20 yo, he still hadn't won anything, but there are Chen and Boyang, both of them have already beat him, and possibly some new, younger jumping wunderkinder will come. Its going to be hard for him. And if the judges will start to look at his jumps closely - game over.
  11. "Asians"- people living in Asia "Europeans"- people living in Europe "Americans"- people living in America ect. ect. Where is that "racial" part? There are people and nationalities. Nothing else
  12. Or Jazz. Or something with the music from Two steps from hell The only program i would want him to repeat is POTO- the finished version. After coc, he simplified it but still never skated it perfect
  13. But he was showered with pooh at worlds in Shanghai
  14. I'm blocked by that person and don't know why lol, i don't even know who this is
  15. I think, next season he is going to do 4LZ-3T and 4LO, and at worlds 2020 4A....
  16. Good thing he is in Canada most of the time
  17. I think it's so weird that you can see everything he does in japanese newspapers, like every moment from the gala practice and stuff. Is this going to be the new standard now, watching his every move and report about it?
