So occasionally we have to do forum upgrades which take about ~5 min, but we will plan them ahead of time this time so everyone knows.

Another "security patch" upgrade scheduled for this Saturday, 6pm PST. Sorry about the frequent upgrades, it seems like they keep finding bugs they need to fix or something?  anyway, this one should take no more than 5 minutes and if it's like the ones before, should only take about a minute.

So I'm trying to fix a bug with uploading (specifically uploading videos/gifs) to Gallery and I need to apply a patch...it'll be quick, probably quicker than a normal upgrade, but since I'm trying to fix the bug now I'll do it in an hour. Sorry about the short notice.

Various enhancements to Redis engine including data stored encrypted at rest

Okay, so that upgrade took a much longer time bc there were issues with our host. It's been fixed now, and I'll do an upgrade in 1 hour, because we need to do it soon to fix the tweet-hiding-posts issue that's blocking many people. Hope it works!

Another software upgrade (should be fast; shouldn't change the site in any noticeable way) - I'll do it Tuesday, April 24 at 12pm PST
