Since the Monday performance is newly added, does that mean no TV broadcast / live viewing was planned initially for Hachinohe? Can't imagine that! It's literally witnessing history in the making. How could that be an afterthought?

Rather, I think they always planned to broadcast the last show, and since the last show is now on Monday, that's the one they're showing

I can't reveal not only because of the confidentiality obligation but also because I don't a word of what he says other than the thank you in multiple languages at the end. Is there a subtitled version? Have I missed anything?

He did add subtitles - try adding them from the settings

In the video, you can click on the Subtitle symbol to activate subs, and then on the Options symbol to choose the language for the subs - Japanese or English. I hope this helps.
