Unfortunately, I think this comes with Yuzu's growth. As he gains popularity, haters who are often jealous start flooding the comments. I'm not Japanese but the few English comments I see that are negative are largely men who don't doesn't appreciate his elegance and beauty and are confused to why women like him. (Even though he doesn't only have women as fans) The few Japanese comments that I see translated on Instagram are the same. There's nothing much we can do besides supporting him more than ever and deleting the comments when we have the power. Do you see many people making these comments in person in Japan?

Dear Yuzu, I am so happy to have been born the same year as you! I've followed you since Sochi and I really feel like I've been growing with a friend all these years. I thought this as well. Yuzuru is such a huge celebrity right now I think he might have to move to Canada or something. I hate the idea of him leaving his family (mom, dad and sister) behind but... the media really is relentless. 😰

I haven't been able to post in a long time because of personal commitments but I had to say something. I am SHOCKED and so saddened. It's insane that this is even happening to him. People see Yuzu as an idol but he doesn't even have that level of protection. He's doing all of this on his own as a professional. I really am praying for his mental health because we all know how hard he is on himself. 🙏🏾❤️

Complete and UTTER shock!! I'm amazed that he had time to date and what not since he was so busy. So many things are rushing through my head. Like WOAH! This is amazing!! I'm so happy for him and his partner! Congratulations to the happy couple!!

I know this is more of a personal feeling but did anyone else cry over and over after watching GIFT again? And I did again when listening to his interview and seeing him cry in the behind the scenes. I feel so emotional and I really love all the thought he put into the program. He really is such a kind, open hearted, and empathetic person. 😢❤️

I would probably cry a river of tears if I got a letter from him then I'd frame it next to my diploma and family photos.
