After years of looking at Yuzu’s Pooh-san, I got my own Yuzu Pooh-san to match his. I’m old for this but it is a cuddly companion and will hold my tissues well.

I found out through scouring Twitter yesterday and lots of Google Translate that he was telling his mum not to step forward because she’ll be seen in the cameras. I adore Yuzu but I respect and love how he sets strict boundaries between his private and public life and I’m always thankful that his hometown also protects that privacy and allows him to be a normal person outside of the limelight.

Good morning from my side to everyone! Yuzu’s face plastered all over the news this morning is making me have a wonderful morning! I rewatched the SharePractice again yesterday before I went to bed. I love how he makes an attempt at 4A but takes it easy. He no longer has to pressure himself to meet scores or get it ratified. That transcendence and growth from Beijing from the support he got from fans and his mentors really changed his outlook. I have a huge feeling that elusive 4A may be more achievable now that he’s no longer under pressure, skating with a renewed outlook and he’s in the comfort of his home rink.

No daily activities which I expected since he still wants to maintain his privacy but can we at least get an hour lang talk about earphones lol. I would gladly listen to that. I’m so happy. He look so healthy and at peace and the logo and header color is so calming.

Sorry for my language but HOLY SH*T I just checked my twitter before going to bed and oh my god, Yuzu is the gift that keeps on giving!! Too bad I have a lot of meetings scheduled on the 10th but I hope it gets saved on his channel. This is like media day all over again. How I missed it. Last one we had was in 2019 before the pandemic. What was I even sad for the last few weeks? Too early to tell but we might see him more now. He’s finally free to do whatever he wants

Yes, the fandom is going crazy right now Yuzu. No social media presence whatsoever in the whole of his competitive career and then he takes the fs world by storm by opening his YT channel. Still reeling in, everything feels surreal!

SOMEONE HOLD ME TOO!!! THIS IS SO UNEXPECTED. Yuzu knows he has many international fans so maybe in the future he will put subtitles in his videos, hopefully? To help lessen the burden on AWW and other translators too. Can he also put out a video discussing his earphones because that would make me so happy even if I can’t afford most of it. ☠️

Brian’s interview and Yuzu saying he told his coaches first before the presscon and entrusted them with his decision is making me cry again. I agree with @shina07 it’s so rare for a coach and skater’s relationship to last this long. Growing and going through all the highs and lows of Yuzu’s career, it really is such a special relationship and one where I hope they’ll still work together in the future especially now that Brian said he has new ideas for the 4A.
