If not impossible. I honestly doubt it is possible, with these junior coming up, to be considered by the RusFed, for her the only possibility to compete would be to jump a 4S/4T. The problem is that Med's jumps are small and his technique is not clean, but maybe she can pull off enough rotational speed (I think this is Jason issue with the quad). This situation will be more or less the same for Alina.

The funny thing (not funny at all) is that speaking in this way of TR, SS, and PCS in general, they delegitimize the skaters (P. Chan, J. Brown etc.) that they used for YEARS to fight against the "quad revolution"; then even Patrick's PCS were subjective??? Because up until yesterday you were saying the opposite......What a mess what happened to their logic???

The thing that I don't understand is: why these people continue to feed this controversy when the most logical thing to do would be to keep quiet and wait for the storm to pass? When they talk about it, commenting with certain questionable opinions, they only make the situation worse. You're not a journalist or whatever, you're not forced to talk about it, so don't compromise yourself.

Exactly! my favorite Javi programs are Chaplin, Man of La Mancha and Malaguena, he was wonderful at the olympics (Javi where are you????where are the good old times???? Come baaaack ). Seimei is a program out of this world, I love the changes of pace in the music, for me it was love at first sight (I was like OMG so beautiful ) but I didn't see the movie, now I'm curious

I agree with you, somehow Yuzu's style is more difficult for the casual public to understand, for me Seimei is his most public-friendly program (POTO and RJ1 too). If I remember correctly Robin Cousins talked about introversion in Yuzu programs, in this aspect I think that he is an innovator in the interpretation of certain music, he is special for this too. And he somehow has a way of moving that is so free in comparison to others, when in reality he has so much control, it's beautiful.

I have just catch up with almost 50 pages of post, I haven't been here for four days and I think I'm glad I missed nasty people saying unpleasant things. But it seems that in the meantime strange interviews have been released??? and the blog (some pictures will give me nightmares and who mentioned Carmen as music for next year????)

I totally agree with you about the scores and their meaning, but I'd like a record to be beaten with a beautiful performance (by anyone) and not with a gift from the judges. I like to be delusional ( my english make sense???)

I totally agree, Yuzu 3A is so natural and beautiful, when he fell in COR I tried to remember the last time he didn't land a 3A....but I couldn't, that statistic (98% of success) makes a lot of sense and it's incredible. To be honest I don't know what he can do (more than he already does) to get a +5

I hope everything goes well with the recovery from his injury, I think his priority now is to be ready for next season, he has all the time in the world for ice shows in the future. who writes the articles for the OC? there is an epic background in it, like: In Russia he skated with an ankle injury and guess what??? He WON!!! So funny....

This reminds me....my dad was passing by while in TV Yuzu was in the K&C after the FS and he said "he is so young, how old is he?" When I answered that he was 24 he was like "WHAT???It looks like he is 16!!!"
