I approve if it's Misha and Yuzu collab I actually don't see Yuzu and Med in a show number together - they're too different skaters in terms of flow (only in some silly comedy maybe), Yuzu and some Japanese lady I can imagine

But you know like others are? My mom follows FS even more than me (she skated herself in school) but she doesn't care that much about light and airy, difficult quads gets her more excited, of course she wouldn't argue with Yuzu's win this time cuz others made mistakes too, but there was smth. along the lines Yuzu wasn't completely clean (she is more fascinated with 6-quads FS and Boyang's Lz) but I only smiled at her in the morning after FS with a look like "don't even try to ruin my mood" but at the same time she agrees that he skates beautifully she just doesn't find Yuzu to be that much better than others (well, not like I care anyway but I'm not surprised if there're those who feels the same).

Yeah, I'm not even superstitious (much at least)), but I believe there's such thing as energy like you can feel at concerts or like all the arena was praying for CoD at Helsinki))) so maybe here was the same situation, maybe Yuzu just really feels that energy

Can I disagree? I'm following FS for a lot of years, mostly like a casual viewer of main comps, rooting for athletes from my country (thanks to the fact there were a lot of talented ones) and sometimes for rare talents like Lambiel or Takahashi. After Yuzu I might be the same way maybe, I just know nobody will catch my attention to a such degree again (at least I will be able to get actual vacation instead of travelling to watch FS). I started following Yuzu after first time seeing his R&J 1.0 even before his WC bronze medal. So it's not the star/winning power that got me and many others in the first place. So after Yuzu's retirement someone will just stop following FS (like my friend stopped after Lambiel's retirement), some will follow others (many loves Shoma or Boyang) but with less attention, maybe some great junior skater will appear at the scene. My point is in skating only wins will not get you worlds love if people will not see something special in you, so of course after Yuzu's retirement there will be a void but you can't fill it artificially only by dominating the sport, like Mao wasn't at her best in some years and still had lots of love.

For me GPF was pretty much clean and he really rocked the arena that day (happy I saw it live))) I love LGC but really want smth new, of course if he will have enough time for new choreo after rehab, FS will be new anyway, but we must wait for new rules to get out.

I think we all have our concerns even if we are joking about Beijing And I'm sure there's smth. we don't know, maybe in 3 years we'll cry over another book I am mostly happy that he still wants to compete even after achieving of his dream, now we only must pray that his body will agree with his desires And of course I'd prefer him to retire on his terms and not cuz it's too much for his body to handle, also I don't think he is the type of a person who will stay for JSF/fans/etc., only if he feels he still can show more.

It's very hard to pinpoint the exact moment moreover she is not commenting every event. Surely she changed her opinion during the years as Yuzu became better. Surely she already liked him during 2015-2016 season but I don't remember what she said earlier. TAT also likes Shoma a lot and also phrased Satoko during Gala - her musicality and how she overcame injuries. She always says how hardworking Japanese athletes are and really likes talented people. As for Yuzu Idk, I think that he respects her a lot as a famous coach and surely they met up during some comps.

I'm a little that's over. But a least I have tons of videos that I still didn't have time to watch And the only thing I want from Yuzu now is to heal properly so we can enjoy his skating and fluffy personality a little more This season and this competition were one hell of emotional ride It's a little scary to read that Yuzu's only motivation is 4A, I'd rather him to experiment more with his expressional side rather than technical, but Yuzu is Yuzu so I must be grateful that as a child he had such a big dreams and didn't forget them as he grew up
