This is the price for being a top skater esp the current World and Olympic Champion.. Every thing he does (good or bad) the media always pay attention and hyped up! And yuzu just survived all this years with that pressure.. Wow..

I was glad he goes perfect on his SP and leave a room to improve on FP at ACI. Being confident in SP is important for yuzu. Now he need to keep as clean as possible in his SP and improve his FP. And then peak at the right time. I also glad this planet is exist so I can keep calm and being positive. You guys help me to keep sane.

I'm with you meoima. I want yuzu to take it slowly, I mean he doesn't need to peak early and wonder how to improve when he already reach the greatest. (I wonder now how he broke that WR SP.. With 4Lo,The judges never gave him +3 for that loop even though it was perfect and I'm salty about that). Glad that yuzu in Toronto. He can focus on his training!

Remind me of Boston.. He peaked too early and suffers at the end (injured). He expects himself to do better that only made him over training and then injured. I hope he always remember what he learned from that season and take care of his body. (He can last season, I hope this season too) So glad Brian in his team. Brian is a wise man and an experienced skater. He knows what his students are needed to prepare going into Olympic.

I believe he was a bit surprised after the WR for SP. I'm sure that put the pressure on him. And he expects to do perfect for LP but turns out not so good in Run Through and perhaps it builds up the nervousness. Also, he used different layout for this competition. I was sure that made him cautious and overthinking. Not to mention he also had knee pain going into this competition.. so...

You're a life saver for translate. As I guess, yuzu is the person who will do best after the other did great! He just like to be dominant and in the spotlight! I hope he learned from today competition. It doesn't matter wether the other did great or not before him. The most important is focus, relax and have fun/enjoy (remember Dick Button's message for yuzu). He did great with H&L as the first skater in the group. I'm sure he can do it again. I knew the world records just put the pressure on him but if he pass it well he'll be stronger. He can with H&L and Chopin 3.0 now wait for SEIMEI 2.0

I think him being extra is one of the reason why people liked him. He's so unique. Is there another skater as weird/extra as him to liked Pooh dolls in the state that he should bring it in every competition (to comfort him by squeezed it lol)? (I see it cute tho) I find it amusing why Japan don't like their skaters/athletes to be so extra/westernized/emotional, while in the anime that their made, the characters are always too extra. even the dialogue!

Oh I think I'm being a true fanyu in the progress and in the level 'can't go back' anymore. Yuzu just captured my heart and I can't ignore him. Seriously before NHK 2016 I'm still a normal viewer but after GPF '16 my heart race risen up every time yuzu showed up. And finally I got in the state of being 'total fanyu' at 4CC. I will be sad if he's sad and will be happy if he's happy. I know I can't be helped.

I'm with you. Strangely I feel relieved that he didn't peak too early. I would also be scared if he did perfectly there. It will put more pressure on him and that's not good. Ofc I'll be happy if he goes clean every time and winning gold. But he's not evgenia. Men's field are doing more difficult jumps and they are so intense with quads. I don't expect a clean performance throughout all season. But I hope he goes clean (peak) at the right time (Olympic).

Oh ACI, Canada curse continued. I feel calmer now but still feeling disappointed after the result. I don't know if loving this extra overlordzuru will makes me suffer from nervousness. But to see myself still alive after 4CC, GPF, WTT and World's SP from last season, I think I'll be fine until Olympic (I hope so). And yuzu, I trust him. He'll be fine.

I will panic if he messed up his jumps in the 6 minutes warm up but now strangely I feel calm. Please God, send a positive energy to Yuzu. Edit: btw, I wonder how yuzu handle the pressure that he got from inside and outside. All attention from media, fans, skating fans, Japanese people, etc. It just like the whole world watching him. I don't remember there is a Death Note musical English version. As I know there are both version of this musical. Japan and Korea. Japanese is the original. And then Korean made their own version. But you can find some English death note musical (demo) songs in YouTube.

And yuzu will makes a balance character.. L and Light's character combined. Justice... Justice will prevail!! Sorry OT, But the death note talks remind me this awesome song. Gonna play this song when I got salty toward the unfair judges. Lol
