  1. There is translation for Campus now article
  2. I watched this channel when it was starting and I did enjoy some videos but there was also something not quite right. I can´t remember any specifics but it was just this general feeling of uneasiness. In the end I did block this channel from my YT recommendations which is something that I don´t do often. Based on that I won´t be watching this video although I am sure it is good and informative as it was posted here. I´m just saying that I understand @Paskud´s reaction because I reacted the same way.
  3. New Nishikawa clear files Better images here [NEWS]
  4. This is really cool edit of Blinding Lights
  5. Happy one year anniversary to these videos!
  6. For me it was those off-ice choreo videos in front of the white wall. They were so unexpected and truly special. And the whole JNats experience was the best Christmas present ever.
  7. Thank you! I changed the browser and could download it too. Although I don´t know why I did it since I don´t understand anything. At least there are some pictures...
  8. This is the direct link to Yuzu´s thesis or his article. I don´t know which it is. When I first clicked it, I could see the pdf but when I tried to open it, the page crashed. I think the page is currently down, I wonder why [NEWS]
  9. Channel 66 on Japan TV, channel 59 on iSakura (97 channel option). Edit I noticed something weird. If you look at the channel listing here https://japannettv.com/wpshop/index.php/isakurapro-plus/ TBS channel 2 is marked as channel 60, but on iSakura it is channel 59 at least for me. Anyway, there are two TBS channels around these numbers and it is the lower one. Program starts at 13.55 Japan time and you can see Yuzu´s, Shoma´s and Yuma´s name in the program title.
  10. I subscribed iSakura for 30 days with one of my old IDs. They responded very quickly and gave me new ID and password and added 7 days free to my subscription. I guess it´s an apology on their part for the current difficulties. If you have old IDs too, this is one option to consider although 30 days subscription is a lot of money. Tomorrow´s show is on channel 59 on iSakura.
  11. I use Video DownloadHelper add-on on Firefox to download videos from iSakura. There have been some technical glitches and video quality is perhaps poorer than before with iSakura own downloader, but at least it is mostly working. For those who are considering the longer subscription, there´s going to be many Yuzu-related programs in next few weeks, mostly replays excluding SOI. This tweet has gathered them all (as we know now). Blue is for SOI, yellow is for WTT, pink is for WC and additionally they are showing photographer Tanaka´s program, Continues with Wings, Music with Wings and FaOI 2019 Makuhari. This post has been tagged by yuzuangel as [NEWS].
  12. I posted this already in WTT thread but now we finally have no commentary Hana wa saku. Thank you Dasani!
  13. SOI broadcasting update. They will show the last day of Hachinohe live. [NEWS]
  14. This is what I remember about 2016 injury. It really started to bother him after JN 2015. He went to see doctors in Japan but they only offered him painkillers. He skated some shows in January with painkillers and after that just waited the pain to go away. It didn´t and eventually he had to get back to Toronto to prepare for the Worlds. In Toronto he went to a doctor who gave him the right diagnose and began the treatment. Of course the Worlds was too close for treatment to really help, but after the Worlds Yuzu returned to Toronto very quickly to continue the treatment. About after the Olympics 2018: he went back to Toronto sometime in March because I remember Brian telling how special it was to see Yuzu practicing his old programs for Continues with Wings.
  15. There are links to WTT ISU Youtube streams. Are they really going forward with the competition? This post has been tagged by yuzuangel as [NEWS].
  16. I remember watching PW for the first time and I didn´t like it. For me it was the music because I didn´t like blues and jazz in general. Yuzu made me forget the music and for me it was a sign of how good he already was. But it took me awhile before I could really appreciate the program. And I think it took awhile for Yuzu too to really absorb the program and make it his own. For me the turning point was somewhere between GP France and GPF 2013 when I really fell for the program. Now it is one of my favorites and my music taste is broader because of him.
  17. [NEWS] SOI broadcasting information If I am understanding this right, there will be live (?) broadcast on Friday and Saturday and they will broadcast Sunday too with some special content on 5/30. Hopefully someone with better Japanese will correct me and explain more...
  18. Yuzu's message in three parts. [NEWS]
  19. Happy H&L day and April Fools' day. I wish this could be a real news...
  20. Do anyone know if they are holding WTT at the same arena as NHK Trophy 2017? I just like to be mentally prepared if so...
  21. If I remember right, Asian Open will be the test event for Olympics. I don´t remember when it is, somewhere in October I guess. I think it is the one competition in the next season which will tell us whether he thinks the Olympics as a possibility or not. My English is very bad and I don´t know if I can convey my thoughts properly, but I try. Since Saitama I have had this worry when I think about Yuzu. After last week I no longer have it and I feel so light. Of course I still worry but they are normal stuff (health, ankles etc). I feel that he is now in the right place regarding the mentality. He has a clear goal and he is staying true to himself and his priorities. He wants to skate meaningful programs in the way that he himself feels right and doesn´t necessary care about winning and medals. Of course this can change when the world hopefully returns to (kind of) normal again. What I most like about this "new" Yuzu is that he is giving himself options: training, Olympics... He is breaking the pattern (or the world and fate did it for him, but anyways). Without the pandemic I fear that all would have continued as same (summer shows, ACI, GPs...). Now he had time to really think and reinvent himself. As a elite skater and the member of team Japan he won´t have many options regarding the meaningful competitions and he´s going to need competitions for nessie, but at least there is for now an illusion of many options. I just feel that right now the world is (figuratively, not in reality) open to him and he can choose his own path more freely than before. And I enjoy it very much and can´t wait to see where he is taking himself and us along with him.
