weirdly zen. at least he is keeping the tradition of bombing his season-initial comps. maybe aci is the place holder for skate canada.

let's focus on the positives, guys: 

 

1. Landed both CoDs in SP and FS 

2. Much better approach to injury / fatigue from Team Yuzu

3. WR SP

4. Landed a 4T as the LAST jump, even though it wasn't perfect

5. Supportive Tracy and Brian

Also, can you literally FEEL the SALT gradually building up inside him? Oh, I'm so looking forward to when he unleashes it all.

I literally gasp, and my heart stop when he popped that first jump. But I love the subtle changes to the Seimei costume. The gold belt and shiny blingy swirl pattern on the front, the mesh around the shoulders.

I am curious as to why his energy felt lower though...also, can someone please calculate his stats of success entering fs as 1st in sp vs being the underdog? He is known for spectacular comebacks, but I'm curious about how they measure against each other.

Ok, now I need someone to probably tell me when it is safe to be back because I am preeeeeetty sure there will be media shenanigans happening. I am zen with Yuzu not winning this, so I would rather not be unnecessarily aggravated by media the coverage.

I am ok with less than desirable programs rn cos it's still early and it'll be a good motivator, the only thing that worries me is JP media, who are inevitably going to compare shoma's first outing with yuzu's, and may possibly harp on the fact that even though yuzu is reusing his programs, he still can't beat shoma yadayada and all that crap. otherwise, i'm not particularly concerned.
